I've used the MANLY (that's the brand name) from India and they work well. They're generic sildenafil citrate 100mg tablets. Compared to the actual Viagra tabs I've tried, I feel no difference. I've given out some to friends and only one claims to have felt nothing.

As long as they are not counterfeit, they should work fine;)

I used to have Cialis prescribed to me, but like other's have said the cost is just to high when insurance will not cover it (about 20 bucks a pill) so I switched to the Indian Viagra and it works just fine. I used to get headaches now and then with the Cialis, I asked my doctor about it and he asked me if the Cialis was also making me nasally (apparently another common side effect.) when I told him it was he suggested melting a Claritin allergy pill on my tongue after I take the Cialis. He thought it could be a sinus headache caused from the nasally side effects of the Cialis. I think he was right. I did what he said and never had another headache from ED pills. India is much better than China medical field is very good. As long as you can pay. Many western pharm. companies manufacuture pills there.

XLPharmacy dot com just got 152 pills (100mg) of a generic Viagra called Kamagra for $222 including shipping. They have other generic "brands" some cheaper but I've had good luck with these. Arrive in a plain envelope and work just fine. The shipment from India has to clear US Customs (these did). I'm not sure what happens if they don't but I suspect Customs could confiscate the shipment.
