I have the same problem, but its not because of medication. I just didn't have sex from the time I was 13 till I was in my 20s and pretty much didn't know what I was doing. When I got into my first really satisfying sexual relationship, the delayed ejaculation caused problems. My girlfriend of the time thought something was wrong with her, that I was not into her, that I was gay, etc... I went and spoke with a nurse who explained it to her.... Keep it very low key, if you do mention it. Just something like, "I don't usually ejaculate" if it's questioned. I really don't see the problem. D is very much like that...can go forever and then ejaculate w/ me later. It's only a problem if you're with a woman who gets all her confidence and enjoyment from being with someone she can get off easily/quickly. If that situation arises (ahem), then a quick comment about not ejaculating might be called for.

If you're in the middle of fucking and it's an "issue" then just tell the woman that you like getting HER off. Shrug. Not a problem.

I really don't think most ladies would be bothered by it if they know up front, as shell said some of us like and are used to longer play times. However they need to know, so that when they start getting tired/sore they can feel comfortable calling a stop to things even when they know you haven't "finished" persay.

I do not know that I would put it in your profile honestly. I know with Jay, he is a man with lots of stamina and there have been times when he went and went and went and the lady got tired and I tagged her out so to speak lol. It would be nice of you to reference something in your profile about it without making it a negative. Silver lining to a dark cloud...no premature ejaculation which would be considered worse by most regards...so your still ahead of the game. Here is a topic I don't see much. Due to medication I am on, I have what my doc refers to as "Delayed Ejaculation" (though I often ask if it is being delayed until my next lifetime).
