Glad to hear the belt was okay, BiFY, and that it didn't cost much to get it checked out.

Ahem...it was actually a case of overflow of power steering fluid. Once the hood thawed, etc., things were fine, even the serpentine belt is ok. No squeal, no smoke, no problem. Trusted mechanics looked at it and it only cost me $17.50...here, have a couple drinks on me.

Daring--- you understood me more than two women did lol. I mean what I say and say what I mean. What I typed was actually what I meant, plain and simple. Imagine that!! lol Then, as "typical" women do, they took my words, twisted the hell out of them, and then spit them back at me totally wrong and with attitude. When I typed that post, it was more a feeling of "oh, well" not drama and rudeness like these two women interpretted. It's no wonder I get along better with guys lol. Just as you surmised, my post was drama free and you went on with your day. You didn't think twice about my "hidden meaning" or turn around and insult me.
