May be an old one? A pediatrician with OCD who'd been doing circumcisions for years could never bear to throw any of the foreskins away, after collecting jars of them his wife finally convinced him to get rid of them. Instead of tossing them he got the bright idea of bringing them to a leathersmith to make something with them! The leathersmith contemplated the unusual request and what to do and just asked the doctor to return in a couple of weeks. Two weeks later the doctor returned to see what the leathersmith had done and was shown an exquisite, engraved wallet. "That'll be $800 for the wallet" said the leathersmith. "Wow, $800 is a lot for something as small as a wallet!" "Yes, but when you rub it it turns into a suitcase!"
