| We are completely new to swinging and have noticed that the majority of full swap couples seem to play in the same room together. Is that the most common way it's done? Are there other couples out there that prefer to not watch their spouses? We are thinking that we'd prefer to go that way to start but aren't sure if anyone else would be interested in that.....Can you all tell us what your preferences are? |

The best way to play is however everyone is comfortable. Many find the safety factor of being in the same room is more important than any distraction. Others (like us) are comfortable with separate rooms and less apt to be distracted from our own playing. Not to make a bad pun, but "different strokes for different folks". (LOL) As someone who is new to the LS, it's important to respect each others comfort zones. There'll be plenty of time to push your limits a bit once you've gotten comfortable with everything and less likely to get stressed by the realities of playing. This is just a suggestion, of course. :-)

We have known people who are same-only, seperate only, or either or. I'd say that MOST start out at least same-room only.
We TEND to be same-room, at least with people we don't know well. Once we are comfy with people it's pretty much anything goes. |

We are ok with either-as long as its somewhere in the same house-lol.We have always enjoyed watching each other-but sometimes hearing the moans from the next room is fun too!

We always play together in the same room for the first few encounters with a couple. We've also enjoyed seperate room play with select couples who we got know very well. Whatver floats your boat!!

We are a soft swap couple. We get off watching each other playing. We do same room, not only to watch, but for her safety. Because in realty, you never really know the people your playing with, so for we like to ensure all females are safe and boundaries respected.

Welcome to the forums. You'll find there are more than enough people who play in separate rooms if that is what you're comfort zone is. Searching through the forums will probably get you quicker feedback on your question. This topic has been covered several times.
