It was a big communication error on both of our parts and it nearly destroyed our marriage. She took what I said is that I wanted my head in the sand and didn't want to know about it. Then I found out. After a lot of discussion I finally accepted what had happened and moved on, my biggest regret is not communicating better about it early on. We did solve the problem. We started exploring the lifestyle together.. Not as singles but as a couple. We set limits of comfort, we communicate and we do it together. Now we are a lot closer than we have ever been. Basic lesson, do what makes you both feel good and above all else COMUINCATE. Secrets will destroy a marriage quicker than the lifestyle/

It's a good book and addresses openness, polyamory and issues such as jealousy. Among other things! It'll at least make you think about your own preferences and experiences, and that's something a book can do where other things can't. G.

You need to move at your speed since your partner has lots of experience in this. You'll hear this alot: communication, communication and more communication. I would suggest starting really slowly. Go to a club and watch her dance with a man, see how that feels. Maybe a little fondling, see how that is, etc. Do not just jump into full swap is my suggestion...there is no race and you don't get a ribbon so there is no need for rushing. The ultimate rule? At the end of the night she's going home with you (the love part). When we are alone together we feel them together. When we play each just wants to help the other have an amazing experience you'll remember forever. The first time we did it there was a little hesitation.. but once I started seeing her explore her sexuality.. riding another guy.. letting out those pouty moans.. and then when it was my turn.. smacking my ass and telling me to pick up the pace and fuck her good.. let's just say it's unbelievable. For us it's about sharing the experience with each other and the other couple or single.
