User Details are only visible to members.	I would have to say that is our one and only "negative" experience since joining SLS. We met a couple, they were really late, and they looked and acted nothing like their profile, and we made the mistake of continuing the evening. Perhaps it was that we didn't really know how to say, "thanks but no thanks," or we were giving them a chance, but it never really got any better. It wasn't a "bad" experience, just a learning one, and helped us set our preferences higher and know that we probably won't play on a first meeting. Also, helped us see that what's in a profile isn't always the true picture. That part was eye-opening for me, because I think we represent ourselves very honestly. Gina

These days we only meet others at public events, clubs, meet & greets, etc., so it offers an easy avenue of escape if we felt someone had misrepresented themselves to us. We're personally not tolerant at all to being mislead. We're both outgoing and don't hold back much, and think that our profile represents that trait fairly well. Perhaps it's that attitude that leads us to take being deceived more personal and a real deal killer. Of course this phobia of being deceived has influenced the way we meet others. At parties where many people are present, it gives us the opportunity to offer a polite "no thanks", and excuse ourselves to mingle, where if we've met someone for dinner, we're at least obligated to spend the next hour or so, despite knowing after 5 minutes, that the next 55 minutes will be like watching grass grow.

User Details are only visible to members.	If you are flying single, you are probably much better servered visiting swing clubs. There are a ton of reasons. Safety is the most important. You can always get help in a club. You don't have to give out any personal info until you have met folks several times. and if you don't click you can get up an leave..having fun somewhere else. You can have folks met you there. Don't allow them to convince you otherwise. Your safety comes first. Besides what you see is what you get. The on-line stuff does work..but 95+ of my actual partners come from clubs. good luck. M

User Details are only visible to members.	We used to hang out.We were your typical nice couple who liked to have fun.If there was no sexual attraction we still had a lot of fun. In the long run what we found out most people have no idea the difference between having fun and being sexually attracted. We had to adopt a different approach Now we just do the gotta go thing.No sense hanging out.No way for people to confuse the being nice ,having fun anyway attitude to being sexually attracted. The same goes when the people are not who they played themselves to be.Some do not take great pictures.You can tell that when you see them.Others put up pictures from 10-20 years ago.Or say they are under 50 when in fact they are much older which includes how they look today. We do not put any faith in certifications.Don't accept them and have not for years.We will be real to those we play with and will remain unreal to those who we won't play with.

User Details are only visible to members.	I think there are two answers here. First is Certifications. You should endorse the profiles of people you know who are real... not just the ones you go to bed with and that should become another point of your decision making process if you're gonna meet someone. Second is the fact that this lifestyle is all about confidentialiy. You can't go and out someone or it's gone. Just like you wouldn't say someone is bad in bed.... But back to certifications - you don't have to give one either. Me - I HATE HATE HATE what I look like in pictures. So I don't take them very often. Mine are about a year or so old.... but I hope that I actually look better since I lost about 30 pounds so far.
