That way there is no pressure to perform, and you can get used to all of the "stimuli" around you. I found that with all of the friendly people, and the music and dancing and, of course, a little bit of alcohol, I got out of my brain and into my body. It also leaves it up to you how many or how few you choose to play with. I have had the hardness issue come up(or not as the case may be), and unless the guy is a total douchecanoe, I think most women are really understanding and try to be as helpful as possible, especially if you are up front about it.
