| We have gone out a couple of times and met couples , but the conversation was more professional. I am sure it is because of the setting, both times in family style restaurants in addition to the chemistry not being there. Net couple of meetings are scheduled at bars that should pick things up. What is generally accepted as far as seating, couples with each other or should wife sit with other male.. Any advise on how this should go and what generally should happen. We have been on dates before and I know the mood generally dictates what happens, but was looking for some input from more experienced couples. |

I had a post up for three seconds on this subject until I realized you weren't giving me a hard time for not wanting my sexy playground to actually coincide with my kids' playground! There are only 120 families at our school. I need a bit more anonymity than that...There are few I'd consider, though!

Oh, Deb- what did you do? My stance on this has always been along the lines of, "Well, you're here, too, so let's just smile and move on." However, when faced with the actual situation....I'd likely just stammer and blush a lot. |

FunSexyCpl, I agree. That also allows you to give discrete signals to your partner (a hand squeeze or leg bump, for example) if needed. ;-)

I like to sit next to my husband , not next to the other man.
Especially during a first meet. After we get comfy, I like to sit closer to the wife so we can chit chat . The one thing we do not like to talk about is work. We can talk about kids , weather and whatever pops up but not work. |
