It would be fun to see what people thought some overused terms and phrases really meant to them when a profile is read. Feel free to add your own. Here are the terms they use and what it really says about them: -"Looking for fun" The writer has no idea what to write and not a clue about the lifestyle so they say they are looking for fun. -"Down to earth" These people don’t want you to be Hedge Fund executives. They prefer you can talk about worm farming. -"Not Barbie or Ken" They are ugly as sin and even your dog would put its tail between its legs and run away whining. -"In good shape" Their height is just a bit more than their width. -feel "comfortable" Comfortable is what a well worn shoe feels like, not people. -"Real" They’re newly out of prison and won’t say anything that will violate their parole. -"handsome" What his mommy thinks he is. -"good looking" Face is OK but nothing else works. -“Bi-curious” (woman) Written because men love to see women kissing. Woman doesn’t give a shit. -“Long Lasting” (man) Once the pill kicks in, he’s good for at least a half hour. -“Open minded” If your kinks agree, then fine. Otherwise, they are heading out the door fast.

"Friends with benefits" (guy in 20s hitting on much, much older couple): - OK, lets go hang out together and just chill. You listen to Lady Gaga and the older couple have their headphones on (set to maximum volume) listening to Woodstock. While you pop Ecstasy, they pop Levitra and Lipitor. You both complain about paying off college loans. Your name is Kyle, their names are Dave and Deborah. You take them to hang out at Hooters. They ask if there are "lite" wings available. Where you have tattoos of daggers and designs, they have scars from shoulder and hip operations. But you really expect them to be "friends" with a lot in common?

"Loves to party" = "We're drunks" "F-F play while guys watch" = "I have issues with another dude screwing my wife" "We answer all emails" = "Maybe 50% of the time" "We have kids and need to schedule in advance" = "It's practically impossible for us to get out, and if we do it's probably 3 months from now, and if ANYTHING comes up between now and then, cancel." "Committed couple" (more often than not!!! - sorry to those that this is inaccurate for) = "we just hooked up a few weeks ago at a party and this sounds like a good foundation for a relationship" (usually followed about 1 month later by "taking a break"). Speaking of which.... "Taking a break" (with no other explanation) = "We're fighting about this"
