If you have these habits, you need to be kinda thick-skinned, 'cause you're gonna get teased about 'em! It's always best to not take yourself too seriously.
Many years ago, I had a friend with a similar food-oriented quirk. He insisted that the foods on his plate be color-coordinated. To each, his own! |

I have some of those same OCD "habits" as well. And can take being teased about it.
Yep. Weird. I think a better post might be just to list some of the weird habits or quirks and not try to think of the weirdest, as that's almost impossible for me to rate! Gina |

I often finish eating one type of food on my plate before beginning on another.
I like things lined up neatly and arranged in geometrically symmetrical patterns. Ice cream and cake on the same plate at a birthday party!? Heavens, no!! No soggy cake or ice cream with crumbs in it for me! Oh -- you said weird stuff. Nothin' weird about me! ;>) |

I will not look into a mirror if it's dark in the room. I'll close my eyes past it, or turn on a light.
That goes back to 3rd grade when us girls would be in the school bathroom and turn out the lights, stare into the mirror chanting "Bloody Mirror, Bloody Mirror..." and supposedly a witch or whatever would appear. |

If we have macroni and cheese with dinner one night and there are left overs of it, we always add BBQ sauce into it the next day.

I don't know if its wierd....I incessently play with my hair. I'm suprised I'm not bald, its totally OCD. I'm ocd about alot of things though, neurotic may be a better term ha.

I talk to my dogs too.
Strange is when I used to breed pythons. I would talk to the snakes not only knowing that they couldn't understand me but also that they didn't have eardrums. I did it more out of habit from talking to my dogs but I'm sure it still looked stupid. |
