HYE owned a classic car? And if so what kind of car was it?
A: One of my toys is a '71 MGB roadster. Not sure if that qualifies as a "classic" but it sure is fun to drive with the top down. HYE had one of your children's friends hit on you? How did you deal with the weirdness of that? |

Not quite at the last minute, but yes. My mother is not well, and my father wanted me to extend my visit with them an extra day. The date was with a couple I have known for awhile and they were gracious and understanding. HYE driven a car at over 150 mph? |

A: Yes, I once fasted for 48 hours. HYE had to cancel at the last minute because of a family emergency? |

No, the most we've traveled was about 160 miles, and that was for a party, then meeting a new couple the next day for brunch. Yes, sure, we'd do it again.

HYE made a 2nd 'date' that followed up a not so great first meet? What happened? Did it get better? Or did it just seal the coffin?
Yes, but only when there was already chemistry and attraction, and the "not so great" part was due to something not likely to repeat itself. Second dates are pretty much always better, since the ice has been broken and everyone knows a little more about what makes each other tick. HYE played with someone WAY outside your preference range in terms of age, race, or body type? Did it open your mind, or solidify your pre-existing preferences? |
