I did let some musicians crash at my place one night when their promoter left strict instructions not to allow them to bring people up to their rooms once {irony: I KNEW the promoter!}I won't name-drop, but they were known nationally on an individual basis and were part of a newly-formed regrouping of talent. Of course, this was a lifetime ago, now I'm a mommy and this type of thing would not happen nowadays.

yup...but only because when I was still in Louisville I lived less than five minutes from work and some of my co-workers would be too drunk to drive home. I'd load them up and let them crash at my place. It was nothing for my living room and spare bedroom to be fully occupied. I was such a "mother hen", trying to keep my frineds safe!
