| Since I have increased my workout my lower back muscle bulging. Besides trying to press them out any recommendations of what to do? |

fun.. Prior to my trainer I did not focus on that area. Doing the squats using weights is new to me. And when I do them I can tell there are muscles there I did not know I had...lol Thank u for the information. At least now I know it is normal so to speak.

How, precisely, have you "increased your workout"?
The musculature of the lower back is both external and internal. Moreover, much lower back pain comes from stretch and tension on the ligaments containing the sacro-iliac joint. It'll help us to understand what you have done in terms of increased activity and precisely what makes the discomfort better/worse to offer guidance... |
