Ya know if not for my lover of tastycakes my strong back and weak mind would more then most likely keep me nice a lean and well toned , having a very labor intensive job and the use of steps and ladders keeps me thinner then my eating habits wood ......... LOL !

I'm now back to eating properly after a week's worth of eating horribly. Yesterday must've been detox day, b/c I had one of the worst headaches of my life all day and evening...I'm back to giving up most sugar, especially anything w/ high fructose corn syrup. And not eating at night before bed or mindlessly while reading.
I'll let you know how it goes, but I have lost the 2.5 pounds I had gained the week before. Sigh. Why can't I stay consistent with anything? I know I feel so much better when I eat in a healthy manner. Gina |
