1fact... I love dancing and sex but it would in no way take the weight off me or maintain my weight. When I was at my heaviest _ size 16 dancing( swing, salsa, meregue, waltz, other Mexican dancing), and sex did not help. For me I have to do torturous workouts b/t 2-3 hours 4 times a week at a min. I just accept it. But if they come up with a pill to lose weight I will buy it-- in fact the first in line. lol
Ps. I have tried belly dancing, karate, step boxing, aerobics, running, yoga, etc. Hate it all!!! |

Heehee I hear you! I am just saying not to make it your ONLY priority lol. And cactus you are SO right on the dance. There is a reason why dancers are thin, its hard ass work! Hip Hop Abs....its a great work out and lots of fun. |
