I am also think about a second one in my lower back! @Seduction4Two … No It is not that simple for many (did not said it was) But it does make a big difference to the body, mind, and overall health when you dedicate at least that time to it. Every body is different! My husband has to work and diet harder than I do to keep his body fit and in a healthy weight. I workout 3 times a week and eat a balanced diet. So what works for me, might not work for you. Plus, I am not talking about wanting men looking super built, I am talking about getting fit and in a healthy weight. Most people know that exercise and a healthy diet will do wonders! Anyway....all I want is to see less “Beer Bellies” out there....And those sexy women out there flaunting their hot men!! xoxoxox

The hardest part is to start, but once you notice how good you feel about yourself and once you make a commitment with yourself, it will be hard to stop you. Exercise is non-negotiable for us. Think about what a fantastic life you will have, and how it will spice up your fun in the Lifestyle. You can grab that bull by it horns babe!!!!

I am getting up in the morning, doing my calisthenics and going for my run! Yes I can grab that bull by the horns and climb on top. That bulls neck there on Wall St. is a little more than 6' up. It is very warming when a couple in their 20's and in good shape, cut out a couple in their 50's from the crowd at a club, and ask you to play.

I am also amazed at the amount of overweight men (and women) in the lifestyle. I do not want to offend anyone but I think It would be easier for couples to score that sexy hot Unicorn they all dream about if they at least try to present a tempting body to the eye. They will have to settle for what they can “afford”. Losing weight is hard, however, some people make it harder than they have to. I can't deal with excuses, in fact I am sick of listening to excuses of my overweight friends and people I meet, who give me all the excuses in the world. Some people make excuses for being overweight because it is convenient to blame other factors than themselves. We both work full time, we travel a lot, we have a family to take care, I deal with a thyroid condition that many use as an excuse to why they are overweight....We both know the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the advantages of a fit body. We both workout together. It is sexy hot to workout with your partner. Plus exercise is key to good sex!!..yesssssss! “Overall, people who exercise regularly feel better about themselves, feel more sexually desirable and report higher levels of satisfaction, according to a study in the Electronic Journal of Human Sexuality.” Anyway, if you are overweight and had time to read all this, then you have time to get up and do something for yourself...there are ladies waiting for you! xoxoxoxox
