User Details are only visible to members.	This is not a swinging thing, its an American thing unfortunately. And its not just the men, around here I see more fit men and obese wives than I do the other way around. America is killing herself with food. My co-workers and I were discussing this issue yesterday as we drove back to our office. They got greasy burritos (called as big as yo' face burritos...because they are HUGE) which omg do you WANT to know how many fat grams and calories are in them? Throw in the rice and beans and soda. I had a chicken salad with light cheese and replaced the dressing with salsa..which tastes fabulous btw. I think that it is your relationship with food, how you view it. I like tasty food mind you...but I see food more as a tool in being a normal weight and healthy and a source of fuel. They see food as its just yummy to the taste. I think this is the core of the problem other than people are merely lazy.

User Details are only visible to members.	Thanks M, I feel the same way. I watch everything that goes in my mouth and workout 6-7 days a week, hard workouts and still cannot get my body the way I want it to look. It gets depressing. But I do feel great after each workout which is important.

If that's what I bring with me, I will never settle for anyone that I perceive as less! ~~~~~~~~~~ currently searching for a "super built" body suit online. when i find it i am a coming to NJ. i do have the legs though........... honestly though my wife is of same ilk that she would rather pass on all of this than to reduce her standard below what she likes. same with sense of humor and ones' ability to be a gentleman.

I am also think about a second one in my lower back! @Seduction4Two … No It is not that simple for many (did not said it was) But it does make a big difference to the body, mind, and overall health when you dedicate at least that time to it. Every body is different! My husband has to work and diet harder than I do to keep his body fit and in a healthy weight. I workout 3 times a week and eat a balanced diet. So what works for me, might not work for you. Plus, I am not talking about wanting men looking super built, I am talking about getting fit and in a healthy weight. Most people know that exercise and a healthy diet will do wonders! Anyway....all I want is to see less “Beer Bellies” out there....And those sexy women out there flaunting their hot men!! xoxoxox
