today:

2 gruüvy cardio sessions

1 set x 40 reps @ 60% of max weight on each of five iterations for legs

1 set x 10 reps of max weight on each of:

*seated rows

*overhead presses

*seated fixed pulldowns

* standing oblique cable pulls

* Dead lift/bent over row combo

* back extension

ran out of time… Might do a little more later

Yesterday was kayaking on the Hackensack river. Beautiful day and does wonders for the shoulders and biceps

yesterday, and today: one totally gruüvy cardio session each day.

tonight, some....dancin'!

back to the gym tomorrow.

KJ glad to see you are doing well with the w/o's!

OnT: yesterday was 3 gruüvy cardio sessions--i had a lotta angsty energy

legs: 60% max weight---40 reps on each of five iterations (all that angsty energy--hadta work it off somewhat)

2 sets standing sven presses

3 sets 1.5 rep barbell presses (the weight was too heavy for me to do a 4th set)

supersets:

incline dumbbell flyes and incline dumbbell chest squeeze presses

supersets:

stability ball 2-dumbbell overhead pullovers

and

stability ball single arm flyes

best part of my day? post workout re fuel and just sitting with my ssgp. (he knows who he is.) :-* <3
