yesterday was an hour of cardio intervals on the cybex. going back later this afternoon.

Weighed in at 171 last night and was so excited I decided to push it even further by 30 min. weights AND AND AND a full out run for 30 minutes ...I can barely walk. Taking today off!!!

at the gym, about 18 minutes into an hour of glute camp. first workout since sunday so i'm cruisin not bruisin

it's been...some week.

hopefully i won't feel like committing acts of mild violence by the time ny attitude adjustment hour is through.

Leg day for me is tomorrow.

I'm on a quest to get to 199 by the time we go to Denver on April 27. Seems like a moon shot....I'm 207 right now.

Weighing in at 172.2# and down three pounds since Saturday.. :-) love the work and definitely in dire need of outdoor fun..

WOD - 1/2 hr weights 1/2+ run/jog feeling like a runner...almost.

That's been my week too. Later workouts, eating and sleep. It's OK but I love my mid day workouts on weekends BUT my body doesn't like the time difference.
