yesterday was basically a DOR. just two gruüvy rounds of cardio. that was it.

Cardio, Abs, Shoulders

30 minutes on Spin Bike "Thingy"

Hanging bar crunches and windmills, Chair crunches

Shoulders: Upper Cable raises, Lower Cable Raises, Dumb Bell Front raises, Dumb Bell Side Raises, Seated Chair Dips, Cable Pull UPs, Shoulder Press Machine, Rear Deltoid Flys

*Legs Arms Abs*

Hanging crunches and wind mills. Incline bench leg lifts and twists.

Leg Press 6 sets to failure

Leg curls 4 sets to failure

Calf presses 4 sets

EZ curls and DB Hammer Curls superset 4 sets

Chair dips and forearm DB twist superset 4 sets

Triceps push downs 4 sets

100 push ups

600 reps of ab exercises

ssgp time to refuel, reenergize and catch up on our day ;-)

two gruüvy cardio sessions today (no lunch break--too busy!) but overall the time was a teensy bit longer

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

three sets each:

seated rows

fixed pulldowns

lat pull down close underhand grip

today's allotment of squats pliés bridges

and 1,000 (yep, 1,000) crunches

a quick stretch and precious time with ssgp <3

One hour of music, weights and glider thingy. Felt kinda crappy because of the Wendy's I ate yesterday but thank goodness I did it. Wendy's can stick to you forever if you dont.

3 gruüvy cardio sessions: morning, noon, early evening. yum!

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

3 sets each:

deadlift/bent over row with barbell (kicked it up 10 lbs tonight)

supine bench press/barbell (also kicked up 10 lbs)

supine bench press w/rotation-dumbbells

supine overhead pullovers-dumbbell (kicked up 5 lbs)

today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges

750 crunches

quick stretch

cool down & precious time with ssgp <3

*Chest, Back, Traps*

Chest - Smith Rack Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Dumb Bell Bench Press, Hammer Incline Press, Cable Flys

Back - Lat Pull Downs, Seated Rows, T Bar Lat Rows, Hammer Chair Lat Down

Traps - Bar Bell Standing Shrugs, Standing Dumb Bell Shrugs

Abs - 10 sets of 25 reps of various crunch exercises

Cool Down and Re Energize with my SSGP :-)

Tomorrow major calorie burn. spearfishing in 52 degree water for a couple of three hours. Even with a 7mm wetsuit i burn around 5 thousand calories or more.

Looks like it's pretty much a cardio day all the way around. 30 min of intense cardio here along with a lot of core exercises.

cardio day as well. 30 minutes on the bike and 30 minutes in the pool sitting on a kick board and paddling laps just using my arms. Great calorie burn
