it's been all cardio for the last couple days including today.

hoping to get to the gym tomorrow/friday for some light resistance workouts on top of the cardio.

it's been mostly cardio

today was cardio plus legs over lightly

hopefully some other stuff later tonight but right then my stomach was acting up so had to stop

Today was cardio, 30 mi. on the road bike thingy!

1 mile kayaking and then fighting mighty fish and a mile back.

2-3 cardio sessions per day. tues was 3. yesterday was 3, *plus* a gym w/o:

one set 30 reps each of 5 iterations for legs

full chest w/o

back extensions

weighted windmills

stretch

and best of all: refuel and catch up with my ssgp :-* <3

Chest and Triceps

Core warm up chair leg raises 100 reps, Bench leg ups 4/25

Machine Bench Press 8/ failure (pyramid)

Decline Bench Press 8/ failure (pyramid)

Cable Flys high to middle 6/ 12 to 15

Tri push downs 4 sets to failure

Seated chair dips superset with dumb bell incline flys 3 to failure

SSGP refuel after wo, nice ;-*

yesterday: one long and gruüvy (and very sweaty) cardio session

so far today: one long, gruüvy (and sweaty!) cardio session

legs over (sorta) lightly

situps and a quickie leg stretch

and post workout refuel and catch up with my ssgp :-* <3

i'm gonna try for a wee bit of upper body with a second cardio session a little later. going to fit in a lil work today first.
