R_M, cardio has always been my very best favorite fitness thang. first & foremost, i listen to tunes. on the stair mill that's all i can do. on the treadmill i might also websurf or read. on the elliptical at home i listen and surf.

of course at planet fitness, there are about 20 or so tv' constantly "on" so i can also be amused or annoyed, depending on the show(s) visible. last night it was the trump propaganda campaign on CNN (*why* is that sickening man being taken seriously?!?), fox news, a cooking competition, america's got talent, & blackish. it was all diverting enough to keep my mind off the 100 or so flights i climbed until i switched to the treadmill and (ahhhh) was able to surf.

can't hardly wait to see what's on tonight. ;)

Whoa njny! That's a whole lotta cardio. Do you watch a movie or listen to music to stay motivated? Today was 30 minutes on stair mill , Lower extremity weights and 15 minutes on/ off sideway running.

70 plus? Minutes? Hour of arms?? Holy crap.

Well.. I only have to burn off a roll of steak & lobster sushi. Problem is finding the time.. I think I see an opening in the schedule but gonna be tough.

i did 70 plus of cardio last night between the StairMill and the treadmill.

felt good to burn the legs & glutes a bit.

more tonight.

Power hour (1/2 hr weights 1/2 Bike) is working. Managing to keep off all this delicious food I've been eating.

Really need to get outdoors on my bike to have some real fun. ;-(

11 miles to the gym.

Arm day.

11 miles home.

I was alone this time (Mrs VA usually goes with me) so I rode faster - most of the time 19-22 mph, although at one point I was able to draft behind a truck and managed 27 mph for about a mile. I was so winded.

Yoga again today. After 4 days, finally feeling less pain. Yay! Running tomorrow morning.

WTG NJNY!!! TOday 30 minutes on stairmaster! Then 15 minutes of varied speed running and UE weights. All is good! Now if TOM would hold off till after the party tomorrow nite ( fingers crossed)
