Elizabeth: 10 mins 36 secs | Rx'd (PR by 3 mins 11 secs!!!!)
21-15-9 reps, for time of: Clean (95 lbs), Ring Dip. Cleans felt much faster, thought the dips were slower (since they were mostly singles) but I was only resting <10 sec between reps. Very happy with the PR! mrs svc |

Warm up - 2 rounds
10 Leg Swings - Forward/lateral 10 OH Squats w/PVC 500M Row 10 Jumping lunges - each side 10 Ring Rows Strength - Deadlift 3/3/3/3 295/315/345 - 10# PR - stopped there! "FRAN" 21-15-9 for time: Thrusters 95# as RX Pull-ups (RX, but scaled 12-9-6) 13:00 Last time in October was 14:54 and I was on Red/Red bands! Yay Me! |

2 warmup sets incline bench press 6x 5 incline bench press 4x 10 flat bench Supersetted with 3x 8-12 ez bar curls 3x 10 cable flyes Supersetted with 3x 8-12 preacher curls 4x12 hanging leg raises suppersetted with 3x 8-12 seated DB curls |

Coached a class tonight. Worked in 3 rounds of 8 x 25 kettle bell swings during the class = 600 towards the 10K challenge. Total to date = 1800.

2 rounds: 200m row, 5 burpees, 5 hang cleans/5 front squats/5 presses (35 lb bar) for warmup.
7:00 AMRAP: / 5 Burpees / 7 Ring Dips / 9 Tire Jumps, 24 in = 4 rds + 12 reps (started Rx but had to add red band for the dips on the 3rd round). 3:00 Rest 7:00 AMRAP: / 5 Power Cleans, 95 lbs / 7 Pull Up = 3 rds + 8 reps (all Rx). Afterwards did 300 more kettlebell swings towards the 10K-in-a-month challenge. |
