more than halfway thru today's cardio (hour-plus).

it's been mostly (only) cardio these past few weeks. get back to the weights, etc in a couple more weeks.

yesterday cranked out another 45 of cardio not much else but the cardio was a much needed stress outlet.

OT: hour of cardio (yep this late at night--at least i'm doin' it!) followed by squats, plies, crunches, & a stretch.

Best WOD for me is trail running the Arizona Mountains and burpees in between the miles.

an hour of cardio (yeah, at 10 PM) to be followed by squats plies crunches and a short "decompression" relaxation yoga session. I *may* get to sleep by midnight. :P

day 2 of shred, with Trooper, heading out to feed horses will do the farm girl workout of stalls in the cold later, then 2-3 hours of dance tonight.

got in 50 minutes of cardio this morning then had to cut my workout short.
