superset pyramids -- legs

8 sets each, (15, 12, 10, 8...8, 10, 12, 15 reps) varied weights for each of five iterations for legs

Back, Traps , Biceps and Triceps

Core warm up, 100 reps on bench

Super sets:

Hanging bar pull ups and low cable pulley flys 3 sets to failure

Wide grip seated lat pull down and standing close grip lat downs 4 sets to failure

Seated machine rows and back extensions, 4 sets to failure

Standing shrugs and low cable shrug pulls 3 sets to failure

Seated dips and Dumb bell curls 8 sets of 15 reps

Special post wo refuel, attitude adjustment time with my ssgp <3

thassall. legs feel great. hips & glutes still über stiff. should be able to handle tomorrow's planned return to the gym.

Spin bike thingy... 21 miles, 45 mins. Weighted chair crunches 4 sets of 25.....not feelin it today :(
