today was 3 gruüvy cardio sessions

squats and pliés

and thassall. life is beating me up at the moment so i am happy with myself for fitting that in.

yesterday was three gruüvy cardio sessions

one set max weight for each of five iterations for legs

3 sets each:

deadlift/bent over rows

supine bench press barbell

supine bench press with rotation dumbbells

supine overhead pullovers dumbbell

squats & pliés

and some super precious time with my ssgp <3

Intense Chest and Tricep Workout

Core warm up 100 reps of leg raises on decline bench

Smith Rack bench press 7 sets, Decline bench dumb bell bench press 6 sets, weighted parallel bar dips 5 sets, dumb bell fly and close grip bench press 3 sets, cable Flys 4 sets, reverse seated dips (front 3 sets, reverse 3 sets).

Tricep cable pulls 3 sets,Triceps rope extensions 3 sets.

Serious arm workout catching 20lb carp on light tackle. Lots of fish..arms are tired.

Shoulders Traps

Core ab warm up 4x 25

Super Set DB side and front raises 3x15,12,10

Super Set Seated shoulder press and pull ups 3x 15

Seated Shoulder Dips 5x15

Super Set Standing Shrugs and plate Shrugs 4x15,25

Cable Shrugs and shoulder Flys 3x25 and 5x22

DB raises DB Seated press 2x12, 2x 50,20

Cool down and special refuel catch up time with SSGP !

My workout routine: Bench Press, dead lifts, arm curl bar bridges, abs (200 reps) finished off with some Cardio.

One hour on spin bike "thingy".... followed by yoga class.

Ab work - various core exercises for 500 total reps.
