Sore and tired today..might have overdid it some yesterday.

50 glute camp & 20 treadmill hill intervals both level 10. plus legs over lightly on the leg machines.

total step count 8993.

its been a challenge, between the issues with my abs and the extra weight.

I'm just over 12,000 steps for the day.

Damn! Two years..way to hang in there. That's got to feel great. :-) that's a lot of work today too.

8427 Steps but stupid thing ran out of juice. Oh well my body will feel it no matter what it says...and I feel it.

with hubby and kids not here this morning I did all of the barn work myself, stalls, hay, water, grain, bring in. 2 hours of pole. Some nice clean chopper inverts finally, lifting into them and being able to hold them its taken 2 freaking years to get back to this point.

yesterday was 50 glute camp & 25 treadmill hill intervals both level 10.

tonight it's gonna be 45 glute camp & 20 treadmill hill intervals. i'll hit the legs over lightly too.

my buns're draggin so that must mean the diet is starting to kick 'em.

guüd. i'll be happy to shed this friggin fluff.
