2 gruüvy cardio sessions--and thassssalllll

feelin stiff & achey, guess my footzin around scthuff woiked.

tsk on me for not stretching today...but bed called.

today:

three cardio sessions: two gruüvy and one "meh" (this last one which was more so i could limber up a bit for some stretching)

legs: one set max weight 10 reps (a bit of a struggle - yep, that was max weight!)

then some footzin around with some different stuff (1 set each finding a good weight to use)

single arm cable lat downs

standing oblique cable pulls

1.5 rep barbell presses

seated overhead barbell presses: front and back

bent over single arm rows

bent over single arm rows w/triceps kickback

back extension

weighted windmills

quick stretch

(and another stretch at home)

....best part? refuel, catching up and enjoying my ssgp <3 <3 <3

yesterday was 2 cardio sessions

one was gruüvy one was so-so

legs over (sorta) lightly: 30 reps each on about 80% of max weight on each of five iterations

back stuff:

seated rows

overhead seated presses

fixed pulldowns

back extension

that was it.

Back, Shoulders, Biceps,Traps, Abs

Bench leg raises / leg twists 4/30

Super set of Cable Lat Down wide grip, close grip, rows 5 sets to failure (pyramid)

Super set of seated dumb bell shoulder twists, side raises, front raises 3 sets of pyramid

Cable shoulder raises, cable curls, cable pull ups 3 sets to failure

Ez Bar reverse and dumb bell curls 3 sets of 12 each

Smith rack shruggs, pyramid 5 sets

Chair crunches 6 sets

and then... an awesome Post workout meal and special time ;-* with my ssgp ;-*

Cardio, 30 mile on road bike thingy and core work routine (20 exercises for a total of 1,000 reps)

standing core work with medicine ball/really works upper & lower body too!

weighted windmills

quickie stretch

....and the best part? refuel/time with my ssgp :-*
