Got to the gym when they opened at 7am today. 50 min. on the step mill. A pre-emptive calorie burn for all the food consumed later!

only 40 minutes of elliptical and later i will do today's allotment of squats pliƩs bridges and crunches.

it's a holiday, so taking an active recovery day. :-)

"easy" day today:

45 on that elliptical (average level 25 which i still haven't figured out if you set a hill interval course for level 8 or 9, how does that equal level 25? and *man* the effort required kills the legs!!)

three sets each: overhead press; alternating biceps curls; upright rows; alternating hammer curls; lateral raises. ~ all with dumbbells.

today's allotment of squats.

yeah, i am sortakinda taking a lil vacation from "regular" workout today. too much sun drained me.

Chainsaw work does wonders indeed.

One power hour of music, weights and stationary bike. 175.6 lbs. Lovin it! Now for some drinking and cooking. Remind me to set my scale back 10 pounds on Friday.

Back Day, preceded by forearm w/o with chain saw yard work earlier this morning.... Amazing what it will do for the forearms! LOL

Rats not much of a workout. a huge school of 10 inch striped bass would take my bait every cast. Could not get past them to get to the bigger fish..so arms only got a little workout.

GVT program continues.

Smith rack squats 10 sets

Lying leg curl 6 sets

Quad machine 6 sets

Roman dead lift on machine today since tweaking lower back 6 sets

Calf raises on squad rack 6 sets

Oblique cable pulls, chair crunches, hanging leg raises

13,395 steps registered
