New resistance training routine for the month. Chest, Shoulders and Tris today. (6, 4, 1 different exercises respectively each body part and, 5 sets for each individual exercise). Took an hour and 45 mins. and designed for size and definition. Back, Bis and Traps on Fri to round out the week's routine and will do this for all of Sept.

44 minutes of ellipticizing, followed by squats, pliés, bridges, crunches.

think i'ma gonna pick up the dumbbells (the gym eqpt kind) and hit the arms really quickly.

Cardio day. Road Bike 34 miles ~ 2 hours..... burning some cals......

just 40 minutes of elliptical followed by today's quota of squats pliés bridges and crunches.

i considered doing more then stopped myself. if i still feel this good in the morning i can get a jump start then.

44 minutes on the elliptical this morning; just finished up all the day's quota of squats, pliés, bridges, and crunches.

no lifting today; tomorrow i'll drag out the bars and dumbbells.
