omigawrsh I absolutely *must* remember that the total leg program sucks eggs. what a slog and after 50 minutes of that, at just over 330 calories, the 30 minutes of treadmill hills at just over 290 calories tells me next time i accidentally hit total leg instead of glute camp and lose 8 minutes to the build/warm up? just. start. over.

yeeeeeshhh. now i am gonna go press 110 lbs instead of 100 cause that was just frustrating.

Washed a 37 ft. boat from the pointy end LOL to the flat backend LOL. Bow to stern.I enjoyed my self . I don't know how many steps but whos cares ,was very relaxing

Close to 2.5 hours of pole work today my arms feel like lead. Over 13,000 steps.

only 35 on the elliptical but the 2400 steps day (when i left the office) made it to 6400+

gotta take whatever activity i can get on non gym days.

still keeping the gym/cardio streak alive!

I'm so jealous folks!! Nynj fluff's going, VA's arm is pitching mid 80's and who does 22-25K Steps??? BTW welcome happilymarried. Way to crush those step goals.

4616 Steps..been sort of hurting the last several days..but better today!

Been off our normal routine, we took the kids on a surprise trip to Orlando this weekend. Managed a mile run each morning and 22-25000 steps each day. Somehow I don't think that will have been enough when I weigh in tomorrow am.
