20 minute elliptical cardio level 15-17/20, elevation 12-15/20.

10 minute fat burn treadmill

60 minute resistive bike on mountain terrain level 10/10 15miles.

BC muscle numb and ass hurts....lol

Cardio day for both of us. Ramp class for Diane & 5mi. on the treadmill at the gym for me.

njny and BLM crushing it! :-)

NYE and yesterday's workout the same as the previous, staying steady. Noticing chest and arms slightly tighter in the shirt and waist increase from 34 to 36 while no increase in weight but also haven't done body measurements and calcs in a while. Think I'll have to stay strictly cardio for now, maybe some Les Mills HIIT or Plyo on the menu.

arc trainer glute camp 60 minutes followed by hill intervals on the treadmill 20 minutes, both level 10. seated leg press squat press pliƩ press and calf press, seated leg extensions, seated leg curls.

WOD- 30min weights 10 min running then..pull below calf then 20 bike Level 10. Down a couple pounds. :-)

knocked out an hour of cybex glute camp L10 followed by 16 minutes of hill intervals on the treadmill L10.

gotta loosen up the muscles from yesterday.

Hangover workouts are the best!....ha!

WOD-30 min weights 30 min bike Level 10 20 mph...nice sweaty one!
