mine will be cardio followed by a light legs workout since i want to be able to walk later, and work out again tomorrow.

Back day today. Lots of heavy back today since there were lots of 20 somethings in yoga pants watching. mmmm I love yoga pants.

I will admit I only run if something big and scary is chasing me. And so far my ass doesn't qualify as big or scary enough ;)

Squats in heels last night (dance) in a hot room. Only about an hour though. 3 hours today!

was way too tired when i got home last night and it was late so figured best to skip the cardio.

prolly should've hit it anyway it might have actually helped me sleep better.
