yesterday was 2 official gruüvy cardio sessions

3 sets max weight on each of five iterations for legs....wasn't sure i'd make it past the first set b/c i fell and gave myself a honking huge golfball lump sized bruise...but after the first painful set it loosened up

one set each side standing oblique cable pulls

one set back extensions

after all that and running on too little sleep i came home and that was all for the day (other than getting that second cardio session in)

getting up to start the day with cardio now. back later to post today's workout.

Resting up for a swing party tonight. Then the gym tomorrow. Low pressure is here so the carp have stopped biting. My biceps got one hell of a two day workout with those fish. Went through a whole can of corn each of the last two days for bait. that is how fast the fish where biting. Wednesday high pressure comes back and the carp start biting again. I am going to make up a bait that gets the carp and catfish. Only caught one 8lb channel cat in the last two days because i was using corn.

Ok, so at last....

Final WOD tally:

Fan belt 3, Tramp 1. I'm gonna count it as a victory though.

Now I'm off to do some bicept work with my coffee cup.

...actually it was more like 7 cardio sessions

already warmed up this morning. now on the way to the gym. stopped off for a latte.

As I've said before I swear by my hula hoop workout. It's great exercise constantly picking that thing up off the ground because I cannot hula hoop. And for the record, I always use proper forum and my forum is phenomenal.

I did a few lunges at the fan belt a few minutes ago, but it lunged back.

Damnit...

Form, I've got to remember proper form!

90 minutes of cardio on the njny "thingy" tonight.... active recovery and refueling... will check in with an update later ;-)
