50 glute camp & 20 treadmill hill intervals both level 10. plus legs over lightly on the leg machines.

its been a challenge, between the issues with my abs and the extra weight.

I'm just over 12,000 steps for the day.

Damn! Two years..way to hang in there. That's got to feel great. :-) that's a lot of work today too.

8427 Steps but stupid thing ran out of juice. Oh well my body will feel it no matter what it says...and I feel it.

with hubby and kids not here this morning I did all of the barn work myself, stalls, hay, water, grain, bring in. 2 hours of pole. Some nice clean chopper inverts finally, lifting into them and being able to hold them its taken 2 freaking years to get back to this point.
