Yesterday walked to HITownFitness Crossfit (1.5 miles)

AMRAP 20 min
5 SDHP 75 lb
10 shoot throughs (hands on paralets, legs shoot through to front, do a dip, legs shoot through to back, do a pushup)
20 wall balls 14 lb to 10' mark

5 rounds + 5 SDHP + q shoot thru.

Walked 1.5 miles back to hotel.

5 hours later my low back was KILLING.

WArm Up
500m Row - 1:45 (not my best time
3Rounds
5 Push Ups
10 Box Jumps (step ups)
15 Overhead squats w/PVC

1 Round for time:
30 Hand-stand Push Ups (toes on box for me)
40 Pull-ups (too many, used 1 red band, helped immensely)
50 Kettlebell Swings w/ 1.5Pood
60 Situps
70 Burpees

25:08 - and I'm smoked! All the DL I've done this week, It's a wonder I could do the Burpees...man I'm toast!

Can't wait to do it again at 9:00am tomorrow!

Thanks SVC...I've always said my legs are strong 'cuz they've been hauling around my fat ass all my life! LOL

They are getting better and stronger, no doubt. It was a good week for my PR's.

Back Extensions

Crossfit Total! Last done 11/26/12 - Find your one-rep max and add it up!

Back Squat - 325# - 20# PR since last CFT
Strict Press - 145# - 5# PR since last CFT
Deadlift - 365# - 65# PR since last CFT (back was fried from DL 3x on Tuesday)

Total increase of 85# PR - YES!

Walked 2.5 miles in rain/sprinkles.

Every minute on the minute for 6 min:
2 x 145 lb back squat
(last round max reps - did 5).

MetCON:
Buy-in 50 DU (25 unbroken x 2),
then 10! Deadlifts 155 lb, weighted pullup (5 lb x 2 rds then just empty strict pullups). (that means 10 reps each, then 9 reps, 8 reps, 7 reps etc down to 1 rep each)
Buy-out 50 DU (4 breaks).
Done at Crossfit Oahu.

Walked 2.5 miles in POURING rain back to hotel afterwards.

10 Back Extensions on GHD
10 KB Swings 1Pd
10 Box Ste ups

Strength - Deadlift 3/3/3/3
295/325/345/365 - Woot Woot - 20# PR for 3x!

WOD - 3 rounds for time.
15 KB Power Snatch Right w/1 Pd
15 Situps
15 KB Power Snatch Left 2/1 Pd
15 Toes to Bar (toes to donkey kick!)
