i can easily log an hour...or longer doing cardio. but not ever on a bike. i agree with you, R_M.

gimme an elliptical, arc trainer, stair machine, or a treadmill. (or some combo thereof.)

bikes? ow.

rosie when we go to visit my mother in law we bike on a closed golf course, 17 miles a day. I love it but no huge hills there like we have here.

The big hills are a no no for my still recovering abs. I don't know what I did to piss them off yesterday, but it feels like they tore back open some. Hope not but won't know until I can have her check them on Thursday.

BLM, I think I'm going to go borrow mom's old stationary bike, so I can get this ass and legs in shape without risking more damage to my abs.

Finding a decent place can be hard and allocating time even harder for me. I'm getting my time in..BUT on a stationary bike. Really boring for me BUT there is some eye candy that makes it tolerable. Take care of those abs!

Wow....that is a lot of time on the bike. How do you sit on the bike for that long and still get up and walk away????? I can't do the bike for more than 15 minutes. After that my back is in agony and between my legs is sore for days ( and not in a good way!)

I wish I could find a decent place around here to bike without loading the bikes up into the truck and driving 20 minutes. the little side road is ok, but will get boring quick.

taking it a bit easy today. need to dance tonight and my abs are feeling not quite right today :(
