Yondude, the good news is that pace doesn't matter. Calories are burned regardless of pace. Also trail running paces vary drastically depending on terrain.

Just finished a hot 15 mile work out: 2 miles warm up, 5 miles at marathon pace, 1 mile easy, 4 miles of 1/2 mile at 5k pace and 1/2 mile at marathon pace, 3 mile cool down.

Njny: great! Keep it up and stay strong. Just finished a 5 mile trail jog (a bit slow won't call it a run). Gorgeous weather!
