(i don't think i can do 2 full pushups. wimpy wimpy wimpy!). sigh. i guess i should aspire to do some, eh?

fuhgeddabout 90 straight minutes of arms. i could probably do 30 or 40. maybe.

eh well. cardio is my realm.

OT: 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

1 set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

1 set each:

seated rows

overhead presses

seated fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls (1 set each side)

back extension

....was crushed for time, so that was all. once over lightly.

Today was 185 push-ups and 160 pull ups in 30 min with standard, military, wide and staggered pushups

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

then i looked at the free weights corner (no benches available) how much time i had (not much) and persuaded my SSGP to leave with me to refuel and catch up.

yesterday was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

the day's allotment of squats and pliés

and that was all. hitting the gym later to supplement today's first gruüvy cardio session.
