naked pool volleyball for 6 hours each day for two days this weekend. Its one hell of a workout.

today was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

legs sorta lightly

and

30 reps seated rows @ about 90% of max weight

30 reps fixed pulldowns @ about 80% of max weight

2 sets standing medicine ball core work

a stretch

and refueling with my ssgp :-* <3

2 gruüvy and very sweaty cardio sessions at home.

my body told me it wanted a nap so i listened.

i don't think power shopping counts as a fitness activity. ;'-(

i'm heading back inside now so i'll do a lil core work and some stretching and call it a night.

3 gruüvy cardio sessions

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

2 sets standing sven presses

4 sets 1.5 reps barbell presses

supersets of:

incline 2-dumbbell pec flyes and incline 2-dumbbell chest squeeze presses

(3 sets)

supersets of:

stability ball 2-dumbbell overhead pullovers and stability ball single arm dumbbell flyes

(2 sets)

and finally weighted windmills, followed by a stretch

....then some froyo, catchup time, and lattes with my ssgp

just finished today's third gruüvy cardio session

three gruüvy cardio sessions

legs sorta lightly ~ one set 30 reps @ about 70 to 80% of my max weight for each of five iterations

seated rows (3 sets)

seated fixed pulldowns (3 sets)

single arm cable latdowns (1 set each side--this über hotchachacha guy let me work in :-*)

standing core work with weighted medicine ball (2 sets each side: OW!)

stretch

....and cool down, refuel and catch up with my ssggp.

i wanted dessert: alas there wasn't time.

today:

three cardio sessions: two gruüvy and one "meh" (this last one which was more so i could limber up a bit for some stretching)

legs: one set max weight 10 reps (a bit of a struggle - yep, that was max weight!)

then some footzin around with some different stuff (1 set each finding a good weight to use)

single arm cable lat downs

standing oblique cable pulls

1.5 rep barbell presses

seated overhead barbell presses: front and back

bent over single arm rows

bent over single arm rows w/triceps kickback

back extension

weighted windmills

quick stretch

(and another stretch at home)

....best part? refuel, catching up and enjoying my ssgp <3 <3 <3

yesterday was 2 cardio sessions

one was gruüvy one was so-so

legs over (sorta) lightly: 30 reps each on about 80% of max weight on each of five iterations

back stuff:

seated rows

overhead seated presses

fixed pulldowns

back extension

that was it.
