it has been short (shorter than usual because of the infernal lung infection/wheezing) cardio sessions

after the morning i had, skipped the gym. although i have had a....workout. he. he. he.

Taking today off after no missed days for 2 weeks. Out drinking and partying.

Abs - I E Routine for core: Russian twists, hanging leg raises, kettle bell windmills, gorilla chin crunches, barbell ab rollouts, cable crunches, side jackknives. 3 sets each of 15 reps each exercise.

Three one minute planks, chair crunches, 50 reps at 80lb.

i got 2-1/2 more days of antibiotics and still need my inhaler in the mornings.

but *not* doing anything is also painful for me. can’t. win.

yesterday was only one short cardio stint. the wheezing is really getting to me. i thought the bronchitis would be on its way out by now and my favorite (well second favorite) activity in the world wouldn’t be painful by now.

seriously considering just going to the gym tonight for cardio that isn’t painful. :-/
