9,782. medium day...lotta sitting while dealing with multiple kids.

might get to 9850 but ain't reaching 10,000 today.

,ended yesterday with 16,500+ steps...but today was a day with not as much activity, so about 7,000 is all I'm going to manage, with no real workout. Busy day with the family.

today i stuck with treadmill hill intervals for 50 minutes--limited time--kicked up my speed a bit and was rewarded with just under a 550 calorie burn.

That's what I need! 6000 steps before 9 am. Damn! I'm sitting at 952.

Jillian this morning, and barn work. Which means 6000+ steps before 9 am lol. Going to pole later and do some additional ab work and splits training.

last night WOD - 30 min upper body weights 30 min sta. bike AND 2 mi. track..
