VaBeach wins. I cannot compete with that cardio and strength training regimen. I am embarrassed to only post a 6 mile run tonight, some reading, no sex, no drinking. I will now cry myself to sleep.

Until next Sunday my workouts consist of swimming drinking dancing pool volleyball and fucking. Lots of fucking.

I danced with a stripper as part of a show last night. 300 people cheering me on while I and that babe had the stage to ourselves. Totally awesome. This place is heaven on earth.

Oddly busy workday...so just a quick bodyweight routine. 150 pushups - broken into sets of 30, 30 pullups (2x10), core...and 4 miler. Just enough to feel like I did something...

Scaled crossfit workout.

Backsquat: 3 x 3 (65 lb) and 3 x 1 (85 lb). Those used to be my warmup weights.

10 min AMRAP: 10 Power Snatches (more like muscle snatch to avoid jerking the hip) with 22 lb bar instead of 55 lb + 10 step ups onto 12" box (instead of box jump 20"). 9 full rounds.
