Yesterday wife and I did bench (7*5, 75% 1rm) Then we did 5 rounds of 30 seconds HIIT rowing, alternating (far more killer then it sounds) 50 KB swings 25 pushup 50 situp

My quads are still kinda trashed from a very heavy leg day on Tuesday but thinking of going today again, because I hate quad doms and I need to squat heavy about 3 times a week to avoid it.

Thxs @ NJBi....today I did Legs: Squats, Dead Lift, calfs and Hamstrings till muscle fatigue.

My workout of the day consist of doing Cross Fit training with Cardio. goal is to get down to 10% BF. currently at about 15 %.

yesterday it was cardio that didn't finish till nearly 10:30 PM.

today it was carrying a 75 lb space heater to the parking garage to get it home since it was delivered to the office by mistake

I'll combine WOD with HTOTDFFP

While I pouted a lot about my gym being packed up for months and having to go to Planet Fitness, I'm liking that they are all over the place when we travel for work. We are in Arlington but there is one just 3 miles away so we will not miss a day. Today was arm day.

OMG need to combine WOD and FBF

40 minutes of cardio.....and a female who thought she ought to just inch on back to my space minute by minute.....it was all I could do not to walk up to her and say .... and I almost did "usually the only time women are this close to me is when I'm on a play date" ....she looked like she could take me LMSAO

I don't know how people workout at night. I'm dead at night. Nothing feels better than working out on an empty stomach, then hitting the showers.....
