yesterday was just over an hour of cardio, mostly glute camp followed by hill intervals on the treadmill. today will be a DOR even though i'd prefer to hit the gym tonight.

Tom went to the gym at 7am did 5miles on the treadmill in 45 min. Diane did a powerwalk around the neighborhood. Surprisingly still had energy left after friends visited last night for a playdate. But of course, we get the fun started early ;-)

eked out 25 on the elliptical this morning.

about 8950 steps. not good but not bad either.

1 hour of arm day followed by 9 innings of pitching.

I always do "arm day" before a game. I show up loose and strong and can throw hard from the first pitch.

It sure does count! Usually I offset the calorie burn with at least enough beers to cover it. Win-win!

Cardio day for us. Plus Tom having to push the lawnmower today in this heat will count for some extra calorie burn. LOL!
