Totally bummed here... swelling below the abdomen on the left on the public bone... inguinal hernia?? Setting appointment for the doctor...

WOD (last night)...same old thing but pushed the weights some. :-(

I'm actually fine with willpower for food - as long as it's just us. If we are with friends or family - which we are often - all bets are off.

So if it's just us in our house for 2 weeks, I can do great.

It's a bitch right VA. If i didn't love food so damn much I wouldn't have to work so damn hard in the gym either. Those are some nice sets! You're still a young lady sheluvscardioandgoodcleanliving...I'm sure there more than a few that luvs your fluff!

Off day yesterday and looking forward to hittin it in a few hours...legs are back BUT staying off those damn treadmills. Hopefully the weather holds out for some track. ;-)

today it's the stairmill hill intervals @ level 6/5 (switch to 5 somewhere in the middle when it gets too huffy) followed by hill intervals on the treadmill @ level 16 for 35.

and yeah BLM at my age the loss of fluff and re-establishment of lean is...slow going. really, depressingly, slow going.

it's lucky for me that #meluvscardio

Basically steady. Ate like a pig last weekend and ruined the progress made in the previous week - AND didn't even get the benefit of baseball.

:(

On the plus side, I managed to get through 4 sets of 8 @225 free weight bench press.

Today I was doing the cardio on the machine and doing biceps with the dumbells. Then a little sets of push ups.

yesterday was glute camp level 10 and treadmill hill intervals level 10 (of 10) combined total 90 minutes.

cybex cardio intervals level 10 to be followed by treadmill hill intervals level 15 (of 20) combined total 90 minutes.

working in the squats pliƩs crunches & stretch slowly so my routines can incorporate them daily rather than killing it & having to take days to recover.

i'ma gonna get to level 20 of 20...and also aspire to get somewhere between levels 7 and 9 on the stairmill.

gotta get back to fighting fit/lean slowly.

l lift weights four or five days a week, Separating my muscle groups on each day, No more then one hour an any given day, and really seldom eat sweets.
