WOD = 40 minutes glider thingy

First workout in 2 weeks - OMG I could not get home to a hot bath quick enough Not being able to workout could also be why I need that new bionic body part (13 days and counting)

Shoulder Day

Abs, 4 sets of 50 reps to warm up the core - weighted leg raises and crunches on smith rack and bench

Four sets of Shoulder exercises pyramid and super sets:

Cable side pulls and cable face pulls, shoulder press and Dumb Bell side raises, Reverse Arnold seated press and front dumb bell raises, seated one arm press and weighted dips, rear peck deck delts

yesterday was only the one long gruüvy cardio session

one set each, max weights:

each of five iterations for legs

deadlift/bent over rows

supine bench press (barbell)

supine bench press with rotation (dumbbells)

supine overhead pullovers (dumbbell)

that's all i had time for. well not even that really but i *had* to get some gym time in.

today i am up to day 107 of my current streak of working out (yay!). i'm fixin to shake up my routine once i get through some really stressful shyte over the next few weeks.

Extreme H.I. Cardio morning workout with my SSPG.... "Interval Routine" - incline and decline climbing, sprinting and recovery

Back to the weight lifting tomorrow where it won't be as grueling a workout ;-)

.... but not nearly as much fun!

Extreme "H.I." Cardio - with allot of "Climbing, Sprint and Recovery" intervals!
