just about finishing up 45 HIIT cardio. the rest of today's workout has to wait till tonite. places to go stuff to do.

Today was arm day but a bit of a struggle. I was feeling a little weak but I got through it.

However, it is after these kind of workouts that I feel like I've accomplished the most. Time to feed my poor muscles...

yesterday was a hard hour of cardio no that's all the fuel there was, so crashed afterwards.

this morning was planning more, but sleep took precedence. feeling better for it so will see if i can eke something out tonight.

Back, biceps, abs and very brief elliptical....I have better things to do with my life today!

Lots of strength work yesterday.

max reps strict press. 10 @ 70 lb, 11 @ 65 lb, 14 @ 60 lb. every min on the minute: 3 hand release pushups then clean & jerk 105 lb X 10 min.

couple hours later. 5 x 3 bench press 105 lb alternating with ring dips (used thin band after 1st set) then 5 x 5 pendley row 85 lb.

Metcon: 21-15-9 Deadlift (only 125 lb) and toes-to-bar in 7:31

Massage: 90 min (yay, and ouch).

Ending the evening on the couch watching the season finale of Survivor (yay Natalie!)

45 in to 60 HIIT cardio. hot sweaty work.

to be followed by squats plies crunches and YES i WILL get in some yoga. my back & hammies are screamin at me.

@TwoSleepyHeads: I have to tell you that even my mediocre running got me excellent result in the midsection where I am too chicken shit to get the tummy tuck I would love to get. If I had a partner, I would probably venture out.

Oh come on the run would have been good :-)) I am getting back into mtn biking. I have missed it for sure. I find its easier just go out for a run and not have to load and unload the bike and put on those fancy biking shoes on.
