i am postponing the freedom tower climb again. likely tomorrow and/or thurs night.

i am feeling way too growly and annoyed to impose my mood on a gym full of folks going to relieve their stress.

prayin my elliptical works tonight.

That sounds fun! I prefer the get ripped in a year plan but anything is good. :-) Love the table wrestling! LOL

BLM- Jillian= Jillian Micheal's 30 day shred, or sometimes her ripped in 30. They work well for a morning workout because they are 20-25 minutes of strength, abs, and cardio which we can get done while kiddo's are getting ready for school and is one of the few we can do together (reminds Trooper of Army PT lol) which is a plus.

Today- Jillian, table wrestling (wrestled a chest high table from the road side into my truck) and an hour of pole, 10 minutes flexi work.
