Cardio - first spin class of the season.. 45 min. spin bike thingy.

Need to stretch tonight or I may be in trouble...

OnT: 3 cardio sessions, the last of which was 25 minutes on the stairmill at level 5–the machine i love to hate. what’s worse, is that—that particular gym makes my asthma flare. so 20 minutes in (thankfully right at the cool down) the wheezing started.

then i did legs (sorta) over lightly.

but the wheezing put the kibosh on anything further.

best part of my day?

refuel and catching up with my ssgp :-*

1 hour in the pool doing laps in three different styles. Followed by 20 minutes treading water with no hands. Followed by sauna. 7 days a week. And I don't really swim well. I swim like a lame tortoise. Been doing this 4 years.

HIT Chest and ABs Routine:

Leg Raises on Smith Rack - 4 sets of 25

Bench Pull Overs - 6 sets of 10 pyramid

Smith Rack Incline Bench Press 6 sets pyramid

Smith Rack Decline Bench Press 6 sets pyramid

Cable Flys 7 sets

Smith Rack bench press pyramid 7 sets (no rest) reverse pyramid 7 sets (no rest)

Chair Dips 6 sets

Low Cable Flys, One Arm 3 sets

Oblique twist machine pyramid 4 sets of 25

Chair crunches pyramid 4 sets of 25

cardio, cardio, and more cardio.

streak is still alive! chezlove, you know cardio is kinda my coffee. :-*

i seriously have to get *back* to consistent resistance training. it makes a difference and without it there’s only so much cardio can do.

Nothing the last couple of days, sort of ;-*

Did get a cardio workout in today - 20 mile, 54 mins on the Spin Bike "Thingy"...

I'm such a slacker... "my streak" is one day! <3

yesterday: only 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

today: 3 gruüvy cardio sessions one of which was on the machine that i love to hate, the stairmill! hill intervals at level 5. prolly coulda done more/higher intensity if i hadn’t started wheezing during the most intense intervals. i remembered why i stopped going to that location: sonething in their HVAC triggers my asthma.

then legs (sorta) over lightly

seated rows

seated pulldowns

deadlift /bent over row combos

the wheezing sorta put the kibosh on my usual level of w/o

refuel and catch up — really nice! —with my ssgp :-* <3
