no formal workout yesterday or today. Yesterday was barn work, and moving packing up stuff, moving furniture around, vacuuming and then climbing up and down a step ladder many times to paint beams (only 3.5 more rooms of beams to go....oye. ) more of the same today. Got in just shy of 12,000 steps.

In honor of the Crossfit Games going on just down the 91 freeway from me this week, I *attempted* a workout know as "DT" in my back yard.

With a 155 lbs barbell, do 5 rounds of:

12 deadlifts 9 hang cleans 6 push jerks

The pros can do it in 5 minutes. A wekend warrior like me should be able to do it in 10 minutes or so.

After spending 4+ minutes completing round 1, I had to drop the weight to 135. Still took 12 minutes for those last 4 rounds. #dadbod :(

Don't judge me :)
