only one gruüvy cardio session. my day's itinerary was shot to hell in a handbasket. i made the time for the cardio -- the streak continues.

Went out dancing for several hours last night into the morning, with another hour swimming butterfly after waking up again in the daylight. Somehow, I'm not dead tired yet.

One hour of weights and cardio! Not as bad as I thought it was going to be..

I pitched 9 innings yesterday, so today is an off day for weight.

I did, however, push myself through the 55 minutes of "Max Interval Plyo" - Insanity day 45. Urrrgh

chezdarlin: 2 decent nights' sleep in a row. unprecedented! ;-*

OnT:

2 gruüvy cardio sessions--total a lil bit over an hour

one set 10 reps max weight each:

5 different leg exercises

seated row

overhead press

seated fixed pull downs

then:

20 reps high pulls

15 reps each side pendulum raises

20 reps good morning shoulder presses

30 reps bus drivers (o.m.g. even with light weights this kills the shoulders!)

20 reps each side elevated bent over row

30 reps shoulder salutation

(article recommends repeating that circuit one, or two, times. when i can get through the first circuit without my muscles screeching at me by the last move--i'll consider i've built enough strength for a second circuit. my shoulders are *weak*)
