It doesn't count as a workout to a lot of people. I'm going to ride on my favorite pub-crawl tonight. We usually ride about 12 miles and stop at 2 bars along the way. The second stop tonight is a hobo stop so there will either be beers stashed there or people can drink what they bring.

I've gotten so out of shape that this ride will be a workout for me. The policy of the ride is "The slowest rider sets the pace." A friend who is recovering from a torn calf muscle is going to be competing with me for that "slowest rider" title.

light chest workout this morning and a 5mile hilly trail run. There are some good bike trails here, I need to dust off my mtn bike. Not doing 90 miles though lol

Not so much. When you ride fairly often that no longer happens. We're doing our annual bike vacation next Friday. 400 miles over 9 days, with 3 days off.

Didn't work out, exactly, but we biked 91 miles. Close enough?

I (Mr. S_couple) don't really dedicate a specific time for long workout. Can't find the time for that. I usually just do as much walk and stair climbing at the office and 2x10 chin up + 1x100 push ups at night. I stop doing heavy lifting because nobody can help me at home when I get in trouble (happened a few times already in the past).

I do plan to buy a treadmill to do some quick running for cardio and stamina build up in a month or two.
