Gotta get my 1/2 hr lift and 1/2 cardio in.. but all my blood is in my penis. I better get to the music so I can start my other motor. I have my kid visiting so more pizza and ice cream... no option but to push it hard.

Started the morning off in the barn, 14 stalls, dragging water hose around, bags of shavings, 50lb bags of grain. Then went to Physical therapy, half of which was exercises. Have to finish the rest of my therapy exercises this afternoon and round 2 of barn work.

Love to personally train you two or least take off Rosie's dress. Make sure you keep your body fat or there is nothing fun to play with. ;-)

Great week last week with WOD's. The inspiration here is getting better and better and better....Gonna continue tonight..Yippee!

Off to the gym to master the stair master. Up to 15 minutes now and not dying. 30 min. arc trainer and then upper body weight work. And I'm off like a prom dress ( not mine of course ; )
