Jillian Shred with Trooper started off the day, even though I'm still having issues with abdominal swelling and it didn't go down over night. Light dance day, only about 2 hours.

Light day after heavy leg day on Monday. Just cardio with a 3+ mile run. Glad it's starting to cool off.

Jillian's shred down, headed out to barn soon for the farm girl workout (lighter now that I have my intern here) need to do some choreo's for a few girls for performances in Nov and than 3 hours of dance this evening.

Ms. KellyJean: Kudos on your fitness regimen. I simply must visit your gym! For me today it was an hour of weights followed by 30 minutes of core work. Have I said how much I detest planks? All have great Monday.

Only on SLS would I be able to say that I am counting on wild sex being my workout for today. Dancing and sex are both great workouts !!
