Good job YD on the flirtitude. I missed my chance but I agree with the dd version of hot yoga.

Weights/TRX and core. Made tougher by a weekend camping trip chock full of alcohol, fireworks, and debauchery.

Ms. DD: no disrespect intended but figured any yoga you are involved with would logically be called "Hot Yoga".

Abs and arms. I hate doing abs but my elbows are mostly recovered and I finally got a good workout for bi's and tri's.

Toomuch, neither of my daughters want anything to do with running although the youngest does run for her school as we "make" her participate in one sport and she picked the only non-contact sport there really is: cross-country.

Nice how pleasant this forum is, knock on wood, compared with others.

I wish I could get my 10yo daughter interested in fitness. If I suggest she run with me she looks at me like I am insane. <Well really I am insane but she really doesn't know that yet.>

My 10 year old son ran well throughout the 10k and took second: about 1 minute behind the 1st place kid who was in his teens. He beat several much older kids although a 8 year old was on our tails the whole way. Son had a good day with only 1 fall but several slips and stumbles. We are working on getting him to avoid lazily lifting his feet on trails.

Looking forward to pacing my 10 year old son in a morning 10k trail race. He took 3rd in the Under 19 age group in his last trail race, a 15k, and ran steady throughout.
