45 cybex/25 treadmill on hill intervals. skipped the weights to get home a bit earlier so i wouldn't miss an important call.

now i will go grab some hand weights and do a quickie arms thang.

followed by squats pliés and crunchies.

thinking of you BLM and hoping the surgery went smoothly and recovery is swift.

last night was 45 cybex 30 treadmill hill intervals

tonight was 45 cybex and 25 treadmill hill intervals followed by legs once over lightly: squat presses plié presses calf presses leg extensions and leg curls.

Last WOD for the next 6 weeks and then slowly get back to it...the horror!!! Surgery tommorow....I guess I'll do some weights and biking.. how am I gonna live without it??? :-(

My left arm was a little sore from pitching Saturday, which made me have to cut my deadlifts short.
