Decline bench weighted leg raises 4x25

Dumb Bell Hammer Curls 4 sets, 15,10, 15, 10

E-Z bar preacher curls 21s three sets

Tricep seated hammer machine 7 sets to failure

Hanging bar wind mills 4x25

Crunches, front, side 8x25

Stretch , cool down, refuel and catch up time with my SSGP ;-)

Warm up - Upper Bar Hanging Crunches and Decline Bench Leg Lifts 4x25

Ten Chest exercises 5 set each of increasing weight and decreasing rep count of 15,12,10,8,6:

Dumb Bell Pull overs and Close Grip Bench Press (superset), Smith Rack Bench Press, Smith Rack Incline Bench Press, Smith Rack REVERSE GRIP Bench Press, Dumb Bell Bench Press, Pec Flys, Lower Cable Flys, Lower Cable Push Ups, Weighted Parallel Dips.

Chair Crunches 4x25 Cable Twists 4x25

2 gruüvy cardio sessions--lil bit over an hour. considering the day, that was awesome.

today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges (after taking 4 days off, back to the 8th iteration of the 10,000 squats challenge. i think this is day 44 of 110 days.)

750 crunches.

meh. can hardly wait till lil darlin is "of age" for me to bring with me to the gym so's we can work out together. this at home stuff doesn't work out so well for tandem workouts.

today's w/o:

2 gruüvy cardio sessions a wee bit over an hour altogether

once over lightly:

1 set max weight on each of five iterations for legs (bumped all 5 up one plate at the other gym on alternate machines)

1 set each:

deadlift/bent over row combo

supine bench press

supine bench press w/rotation

supine overhead pullovers

annnnnd that was it for today. under 5 hrs sleep--running a meditation soon as i hit submit & try for about 6 or 7 hrs sleep tonight
