I was gonna work out with Ms. Thumb and her four comely daughters but my gf says that's cheating. Pelvic thrusts will have to do for me too. :-)

i hit the cardio hard last night. 50 boot camp and 20 hill intervals on the treadmill. what was tough about it? the speed intervals.

30 minute express circuit @ Planet Fitness today. Then the tanning booth for that all over tan.

Nice back yard WOD. With a 53 lbs kettlebell, 5 rounds:

20 kettlebell swings 20 goblet squats 20 single arm snatches (10 each arm) 20 single arm thrusters (10 each arm) Run 400 meters

Managed to only have to drop the KB to switch arms.

It hurt. A lot.
