I mile run, 2000 meter row, 1 mile run. All for time. Then some olympic lifts for strength. It's GAINS SEASON!

chest day today. I did my ab workout yesterday and since the hanging wipers were not enough pain on their own I did them with a 5lb ball between my ankles. My lower abs are actually sore and its been a LONG time since that.

I did a 1.5 run then a 25 minute swim, then a 1 mile run back home. Then a beam and ginger

TMF - yeah...I have been doing those along with hanging leg raises and always feel like puking at the end. Holy Moly those kick my ass.

back this morning. I'm going to go in and knock out abs sometime today since I'm off work. I've been doing hanging windshield wipers, if you want to feel some pain in your abs try that, omg.

70 minutes of free weights, dips, pull-ups, and core. Was hoping for 20 min. Of HIIT on the treadmill but no luck. Will try tonight.

rest for weekend after lifting heavy this week. will be enjoying indian summer here outdoors with hiking trails in the dunes with 300 step climb to the top and walking beach.
