They sure do. I'm learning the hard way that you need to give the body rest and I don't mean a day or two. Find some exercise that keeps the weight off in between intense periods. You'll last longer. Good luck and keep it up!

Cross fit has been great but I also had a set back last year. But the work outs keep you excited to work out

That's key! Once you're bored..you'll stop. I'm always looking for new ways of staying fit and going balls out crazy is my go-to workout.

I was gonna work out with Ms. Thumb and her four comely daughters but my gf says that's cheating. Pelvic thrusts will have to do for me too. :-)

Did the Planet Fitness/Tan thing before work. Hopefully will get in 10 or 15 minutes of pelvic thrusts later...
