@njny: I did back and biceps and 30 mins. on the treadmill..... I set the speed like on the stepmill which you use. Same results.

soon as i can get my act together, heading out to the gym. more time on the stair machine plus some weights.

Today's workout is going to be painting and barn work. Maybe a bit of flowerbed cleanup/prep.

No play on my new aerial toy, have to take it down to paint the ceiling in the playhouse.

250 lbs of sand huh, sounds like yard work stuff. My grandmother is 93 and I swear it's her love of yard work that keeps her going.

njny: I used to do 45 mins on that thing. Remember to go up and down in speed -- you know interval so your heart will go up and down to increase your results. It may be boring but it works!
