Full Body UPPER W/O - (very much like an Insanity W/O because it rocked... hitting all upper body parts in 90 minutes, high reps and some good "burn")

Abs and Core warm up 100 reps

Supersets:

Decline Hammer Bench Press and High Cable Flys, 8 sets/ 20 reps or failure

Lat Pull Downs and Machine Row, 8 sets/ 20 reps or to failure

Face Cable Shoulder Pulls and Dumb Bell Standing Side Raises - 8 sets/ 20 reps or failure

EZ Bar Curls, Seated Dips, Dumb Bell Standing Twists - 12 sets/ 20 reps or to failure (twists 25- 30)

Shrugs and Pull Ups (for Traps) - 8 sets/ 20 reps or failure

Abs work - 250 reps

Cool down, kcal replenish, chat and SSGP "fun :-*"

heh...i opted for a lil self love, a nap, and a movie.

but...but....but! i'm doin' gruüvy cardio session 2 now, so....there's that. ;-)~

Don't judge.....I opted for sex and yard work (the scale seems to agree this was a great option)

Insanity day 17 and arm day are in the can.

In 30 minutes I get in the car to go pitch a baseball game.

just finished the second gruüvy cardio session (just after midnight--it counts as friday's workout, right?)

thasssalll. it was a very intense day, barely got up from my desk till about 10 pm. i'm headed back to the gym tomorrow.

It has occurred to me that I have corrected for all but one of my missed days by then skipping a couple of planned "off" days in Insanity, so it all (mostly) works out.

Day 16 of Insanity, then. Plus legs.

ok i got gruüvy cardio session #3

then, i did pyramid supersets on each of five iterations for legs

instead of my snarktastic "Nope!" tee shirt, i needed one that says "please don't let the zombie apocalypse be the day after legs day!" (or something like that)

plus one set of back extension at max weight

wanted to do standing oblique cable pulls but one of the mirror junkies was hogging the cable machines...both of them. tomorrow's another day, eh.

then i came home & got caught up in work. and realized i actually should get some sleep about 10 minutes ago. so i'll catch up on the squats pliés etc tomorrow...if my legs aren't melted. ;-)~
