two gruüvy cardio sessions

legs over lightly (one set 30 reps each iteration)

seated rows 20 reps

seated overhead press 20 reps

seated fixed pulldowns 20 reps

deadlift/bent over rows 20 reps

it was a quickie but a goodie

Just got in from the gym (still too hot during the day), interesting that I workout longer when I go late. Tonight I didn't want to leave until the Espys were over and since the only way to "hear" the television is to be using a machine at a certain level .......well, run Forest run, pedal Pattie pedal, row Rita row, glide Glenda glide STOP ME

yesterday was 3 gruüvy cardio sessions

today was only 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

back to the gym tomorrow

All day packing ..and no energy left for anything else. Only one meal though. :-)

glad i got those in since i was mostly glued to work all day. bedtime so i can get back at it tomorrow.

legs over (sorta) lightly

standing oblique cable pulls

back extension

and

furniture moving (yep, it counts!)
