I'm hitting the gym today for a total body workout and taking a trail run later in the day with a friend.

Thanks for the compliment. I'm a little larger frame upstairs but I wouldn't say huge, just trying to stay healthy enough to see/help my kids have a good start in life. ;-)

i've been hitting "cruise" on the (broken) elliptical--basically just running on it with no resistance or incline.

tomorrow & sunday i plan to hit the gym.

8 sets of 20 reps @ 2x45 of each: Leg extensions, chest press, triceps flex and forearm extensions.

20 minute elliptical cardio 16/20

30 minutes resistive bike 8miles

Cardio Morning Session with the Mrs. We did killer Cardio Circuit. 3 Minutes Jacobs Ladder, 3 Minutes Treadmill, 3 Minutes Eliptical, and 3 Minutes Stationary Bike with 3 second rest between exercise repeat for 3 Rounds...

i went back to glute camp on the cybex last night followed by hill intervals on the treadmill.

it was guud.
