another 45 minutes on the elliptical at average level 24 (dunno how that happened when i programmed it for level 8 on a hill course, but, it felt harder than level 8)

3 sets of legs on 3 iterations; one set of pull downs, ran outta time. some squats pliés bridges and crunches coming up. day 100 of 110 in the 10,000 challenge (for the squats pliés and bridges). be nice to not hafta do between 150 and 200 every day when i start over again. :-)

congrats on the hour of bliss and the 176, BLM!

Lady, "About to get my nerve back up" .... the first step is always the hardest on the journey back (been there and rooting for you!)

Chest/Pec and Abs Today:

Chest/Pec - GVT Routine ; Smith Machine Bench Press, Decline Dumb Bell Bench Press, Weighted Parallel Bar Dips, Supers set of Cable Flys and Push Ups (upper cable and lower cable)

Abs; Decline Leg Raises with Dumb Bells, Chair Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises with Dumb Bells

Just did chest and arms 20 minutes of the stationary bike and 20 minutes sitting on a kick board paddling with my hands doing labs in the pool.

Cardio and Ab Workout. 32 minutes on the spin bike with Climbing and Sprint intervals to average HR in the 70/80% Max HR Range. 105 Incline Bench Leg Ups with Dumb Bells for lower abs. 200 Crunches for upper Abs and 200 Oblique Crunches. (Rest days are overrated!!!)
