Deload week for strength. 5 x 5 deadlift at 135 lb (next week we check our 1RM).

Metcon: 25 overhead squats @ 65 lb, 75 double unders, 25 calorie row, 75 double unders, 25 OHS. 12:57

Resting for 2 hours then doing a body weight Metcon. Getting in a double today cause I have to work tomorrow and the gym won't be open early or late.

back this morning. Lots of reps on DL a bunch of fluff then 2 sets of 14-18 reps at 405. I was a tired puppy this morning.

another hour of cardio (40 minutes in) soon to be followed by squats plies & crunches. and tonight there *will* be yoga.

there are advantages to working out at home. playing tunes loudly with no interference or buds or earphones. being able to free the "girls" from sportsbrabondage immediately upon exiting the cardio phase. doin the rest of the workout in whatever state of dress (or undress) suits my mood.
