I'm not even close to an expert but more into finding what works me. I'm thinking if all you want to do is lose weight on the scale you could wear sweats with hood and all and break a good sweat. I really love the fact that you retain water as well as you do. I'll bet you have good skin even for a dry climate.

I'm pleased DD for sure. Walking actually helps alot with the tightness. 20lbs... Damn! I'm thinking you retain fluids more than most. Do you break a good sweat when you exercise?

That's amazing right after surgery!

I am finding that I do a funky swelling thing. 4 days after my hysterectomy, I had put on 20 lbs. - after the removed over 3 lbs. in organs and I hadn't eaten for three days.

It sounds like a swift recovery!

3937 Steps for me...PLUS PLUS PLUS 2 hamburger's and two hot dogs..damn I was craving that! Ribs tonight. :-) I think at my lowest weight in a long time...but only checking the mirror for awhile. :-)

only 55 on the cybex/hill intervals today.

considering i didn't get up n out till noonish, and that was the full extent of my focused fitness, i am pleased to have logged about 9200 steps.

tomorrow, weights after cardio.
