PG that is a workout! I do what I do because I'm ass-planted 8 hours a day behind a computer screen. Albeit at a standup desk but still somewhat sedentary. Your day greatly exceeds mine for physical exertion.

I only run if something is chasing me and I either A) am not carrying my pistol to kill it, or B) can't kill it with my stiletto. As in high heel.

my workout of the day was cleaning 15 stalls and emptying muck tubs into the chest high dumpster, and moving a few bales of hay around. I'm afraid to try to workout too much because the barn stuff has to be done and if I stain my surgery area's while Trooper is out of town that would be bad.

Wow. Impressive as I've never really been able to do anything other then at the same pace when it comes to running. Basically just run but not to the point of gasping for air or getting that stitch.

One mile warm up, one mile at 5k pace, 2 minutes at marathon pace, 1/2 mile at 5k pace, 2 minutes marathon pace, 1/2 mile 5k pace, 2 minutes marathon pace, then 4 separate 1/4 mile 5k pace runs with 2 minutes marathon pace in between and a final 1 mile cool down. Then a beer.

Just a quick 60 minutes of cardio about the neighborhood. Enough to keep body fat at bay.

More to the topic-

The mrs and I did a 10-mile bike ride and then I had my "leg day" workout. Follow that with a steak and eggs scramble with jalapeƱos. Yum.

If we are going by the body types I would say I fall somewhere between Meso and Endo. I can put on fat pretty easy especially after I turned 40 and am a little wide.
