Awesome Peghey! I work mine constantly but still have a ways to go. A trainer friend told me its 30% exercise and 70% diet. That's where I stumble all the time.

Doing my thing: run, yoga, meditate. I have added a separate ab workout on alternate days. I am happy with the slight definition I am getting everywhere else, but abs get tougher and tougher every day!

KJ. Thanks! And my first read was "Breast Zoombathon"! Which created my first thought of "where do I sign up?" That sounds like on heck of a fun cardio session.

Tonight 3-hour Breast Cancer Zumbathon

this is my fourth year - I usually make it about 2.5 hours and I love it !! the music is so energizing as are the wonderful women (men too) and stories of success !!

I was at the gym at 6:30 this morning. Big arms Friday, major focus on arms and shoulders. Followed by regular and side planks. Finished it with three miles on the treadmill.

Hour of weights, 25 min of running intervals. And did not do 10 pull-ups. I did 13!

I got in a nice 3 mile trail run on mo day, then another 3 miles on the pavement yesterday. It's been a good week.
