It is much more like plodding than running, and I suck balls at it, but it is easy, fast, accessible and cheap. I now meditate while I run, which is also cool.

In contrast, cannot do the eliptical at all. It makes my hips ache, so even at the gym I bike or treadmill.

peg: i don't know how you do it...running that is. PF is mighty cool and a great value for people who know their workouts and their way around the machines.

last night just 30 on the stair mill @ level 5 (schveaty!) and 40plus on the treadmill at level 10--both hill interval courses.

i hope to have time to use the hydromassage tonight, my hips and hammies are screeching between the high tension cardio and the rainy weather.

I am out of town working, so I have been running. I Went by a PF and I may give it a try tomorrow morning.

Pecs press and leg extensions: 6 sets 2x75lbs @ 15 reps then 6 sets 2x45lbs @ 15 reps

Elliptical fatburn level 12/20 @ 20 minutes @ 5.4mph

Resistive bike terrain level 9/10 @ 30 minutes @ 15mph - approx. 8 miles

4 sets @ 20 reps each side - oblique crunches

i skipped yesterday cause there was just no way to squeeze it in between early evening stuff and i didn't get home till 2 so i was NOT goin then!

today it was 90 minutes: 35 on the stairmill (level 4, only 81 floors); 35 minutes at level 10 on the cybex and then a 20 minute hill course on the treadmill at level 9 to cool down--i think i'll crank the treadmill up to level 10 tomorrow.

tonight's soiree hopefully means: dancing!!!
