Just got back from an Early Morning 5 mile run. Now to jump in the shower and start getting ready for a memorial day party we are having. Great day for one.

Badass Obstacle Course race. Ran around the course TWICE. 1st lap was with the elites, for time. 1 hour 35 min. Placed 56th out of 101 women (and oldest woman on the course). 2nd lap was for fun (skipped a few of the nastiest obstacles and didn't bother with the burpee penalties on that lap). Total around 10 miles. Right now hip and hamstrings feeling good. Only day two of gluten-free, and I did take a celebrex yesterday. Time will tell. Got a nasty bruise on my thighs from the damn dodge balls (they threw HARD).
