Had a fun time lifting with the H2O polo team at my job. Granted, I spent more time correcting atrocious form than real lifting.

Regardless, was able to get in snatches, followed by an overhead squat, followed by a snatch balance up to 150# .

The Glutenator, it won't rest, won't eat, won't sleep--until you are done. To Paraphrase 'The Terminator'..

the machine i love to hate & haven't been on in a lil over 3 mos: the glutenator (stair mill). hill intervals level 5 for 35 min incl c/d. i kept it at level 5 the entire time...gritted my teeth st about the 20 minute mark and again at the 27 minute mark and imitated bela karolyi: you! can! DO! it!

then finished with 23 t/m hill intervals @ level 16.

went over to the weights area & remembered why i never did weights at that location. so i'm gonna go do a once over lightly, then the squats, pliés, crunches....& collapse for sleep.
