...but that's so very hard to beat! Weather's great though isn't it. Too much food lately for me 175 lbs...probably all muscle though..not! No leg's lately is adding the poundage.

WOD - 40 min. upper and 20 min. sta. bike. Legs showing some signs of life.

just one hour cruisin' on the cybex this afternoon. 'twas better than spending the entire day holed up inside alternating between snoozin and watchin silly tv.

bonus i got outside in some beautiful weather.

WOD- Been only hitting the upper body with and hour of weights and tonight 2 miles walking...knees STILL recovering. ..way over did that run. :-( ..WOD this weekend - Princeton B&B, museum, dining and art festival.

one hour of cybex glute camp followed by light legs/weights last night.

a lil less than halfway through another hour of glute camp, to be followed by a lil but of upper body weights (realllll light) and then home.

i couldn't do a pull up now without serious training. i'll leave that stuff to you dudes. i'll be content to see delineation again and am starting work towards that goal now.

Maybe your pitching arm can get there but be real careful...you might risk it all. Not a good outcome for your infield... ;-)

WOD - 1hr upper body weights and a tad bit of legs.

The holy grail is a one-armed pull-up. I'm pretty sure I will never have that kind of strength to weight ratio.

Well that's like overhead pressing 200lbs 9x for you. I say like because pull ups are much harder than pressing. I'd mark that as good enough!

I love doing pull-ups for some reason. I can only do sets of 9-10 right now. I'm still too heavy probably.

Way different right .. :-) all I need is a pair of dumbell's and I can work the whole body.

Excited to get back in the gym tonight. I'm tempted to hit the legs but maybe I should wait one more day. Hmmm..

Arms today. Switched from the curl bar to dumbells for the tricep extension and bicep curl.... I had forgotten how different it is.
