three gruüvy cardio sessions

superset pyramids--legs night!

7 sets each of varied weights and reps for each of five iterations for legs

then: "spotholder" one set each max weight for:

deadlift/bent over row

supine bench press/barbell

supine bench press w/rotation/dumbbells

supine overhead pullovers/dumbbells

and the best part: refueling and precious catch up time with my ssgp <3

It's been very hard getting up in the morning. We have visitors that leave tomorrow. Back to normal then.

yesterday it was only gruüvy cardio. likely the same today---that's ok, it's something!

Ok so TODAY is Day 32 of Insanity. Plus arms. Missed Sunday and yesterday.

Still in "recovery week". The real shit begins on Saturday. Maybe Friday if I can convince myself to recover the day off.

Got in one hour of weights and cardio! Felt like I was moving mountains.. too much food & drink.

trying completely new upper body workouts along with "tweaked" legs (supersetting -- 8 sets -- varying the weights and rep counts on the leg machines)

so today was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions (including glute camp my ole fave @ level 10)

supersets (8 sets each) on each of five iterations for legs

then:

2 sets svend presses

4 sets of 10 reps on 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersetting (3 sets each):

incline bench 2 dumbbell chest flyes incline dumbbell squeeze presses

and finished with supersets (3 sets each)

stability ball overhead 2-dumbbell pullovers with stability ball one arm flyes with 2 dumbbells

(12 reps each set)

**praying tomorrow is not the zombie apocalypse, lol

Today is going to be one of those Holiday Food Challenge days... not sure if it will be a total RD or a need to maybe get in a quick cardio spin wo later...
