today was only one über schveaty long gruüvy cardio session at the gym.

one set max weight for each of five iterations for legs

3 sets each:

dead lift/bent over rows

supine bench press (barbell)

supine bench press w/rotation (dumbbells)

supine overhead pullovers

and on 4 hrs sleep, that's all she wrote today. goin to sleep shortly and back at the gym again tomorrow evening--rested.

Working out this AM on the Stairmaster.

Well, actually just on my tenth trip down and back up the stairs at home. I've simply got to convince Lady to let me install my coffee maker in the bedroom!

it's amazing how much strength i've picked up in 6 months--looking back over my posts to see when my last day off was, i see how far i've come. usedta struggle with 90 and 120 lbs (now at 130 and 195 respectively on those exercises) and 130 lbs was too heavy on back extension (just finished 3 sets at 150, an "easy"ish day). so even if i haven't changed up the types of machines--happy to say i'm definitely makin progress. :-)

OnT: 2 gruüvy rounds of cardio

3 sets on each of five iterations for legs--4 of those iterations at new maxes.

3 sets each:

seated row

overhead press

seated fixed pulldowns

standing oblique cable pulls

back extension

and if i have any oomph left after i get home i'll hit today's allotment of squats pliés yada yada.

considering the day, i was lucky to get those in.

if i can get up early enough, i'll hit the gym in the morning. otherwise it's just gonna be cardio again.

Legs Abs*

Decline bench leg lifts hanging bar weighted crunches and wind mills- 225 reps total

Smith rack squats 4 sets to failure

Super set leg press and calf press 3 sets to failure

Leg curls 4 sets to failure

Oblique twists 4/15

Chair crunches 4/25

30 Minites on spin bike thingy

Refuel and special catch time with my very SSGP !!

PG: love that you and trooper work out together. that's awesome.

OnT: 3 gruüvy cardio sessions

one set max weight for each of five iterations for legs. and that higher weight on the one set days helps me build to a higher weight lifted on the "full" legs days.

yeah i skipped the back workout my shoulders are hinky from this freezing cold weather. there's always tomorrow.

today's allotment of squats pliés and bridges--can't believe i'm up to day 55 of the 110 day 10,000 squats challenge again--already.

750 crunches--a verrrry nice stretch.

best: cool down and recharge with my ssgp <3

Jillian Shred with my handsome man. Why? because it is a workout we can do together while kids are getting ready for school that hits a bit of everything. Although I substitute ab exercises from my physical therapist for all the freaking crunches she does. I'd like my abs to stay together.

going to pole a bit later hourish with some flexi work.
