*Chest, Triceps, Abs*

Warm up with Super Set of D/B Bench Pull Overs and Close Grip D/B Bench Press - 3 sets, 10 reps each exercise

GVT Routine: (stepping up a bit more with super sets)

Triple Super Set of D/B Incline Bench, Incline D/B Flyes, Incline D/B Close Grip Bench Press - 10 Sets each exercise rep to Failure

Super Set Smith Rack Decline Bench Press and Decline D/B Bench Flys - 5 Sets, of 15/10 reps respectively

Seated Chair Triceps Dips - 10 sets reps to failure

Upper Cable Triceps Push Downs (close grip) 6 sets reps to failure

2000 rep challenge for abdominal exercises completed to finish the day

Body pump class at the gym for Diane. Weight day for Tom today. Wanted to get a good sweat afterward, so I went into the sauna for 25 min. rather than do some cardio. (I know, it was cheating, LOL!)

Took 3 days off, fell off a ladder, back at it today with legs and abs!

45 speedy elliptical minutes at home; 18 treadmill hill intervals level 10 @ 4.3 mph at the gym.

didn't have much time so: 1 set max weight on each of five iterations for legs; 1 set max weight for back extensions; 1 set each side standing oblique cable pulls (new higher weight); and 3 sets 10 squats (today's allotment) on the smith machine.

will do today's allotment of pliƩs and bridges during 5 minute breaks from the desk and get my crunches in tonight (planning 500).
