Not sure who is motivating who here, but "motivation" is a good thing! Looks like weather in NJ is finally cooperating to get in that Bike ride today (much preferred to indoor spin, although sometimes the views there are good too! LOL)

well BLM made Jersey tempting....but now adding in two more lovely sets of abs and chests?

Alas though I will just stay here on my horse farm and imagine the 3 of them lifting hay bales.

Managed to squeeze in a nice 55 mile road ride with 4500' of climbing before it got too hot here in SoCal.

Felt good to get back out on the bicycle.
