Chest, Shoulder and Triceps....Clear Muscle supp. implemented today along with a GVT Routine

Warm up - Core 85 reps and Flat Bench Pull Overs

GVT: Smith Rack Flat Bench Press - 10 sets/8,10,10,10,9,8,8,9,8,7 Cable Flys 3 sets/15

Super set: Seated Dips and Dumb Bell Lateral and Front Raises alternating with 45 lb Plate Pull Ups - 10 sets/ 10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10,10 each

Cable Triceps Extensions - 8 sets/10,10,10,10,8,8.8,8

Weighted Chair Crunches 4 sets/25

friday: two cardio sessions

yesterday: one longish cardio session

one set 60% max weight @ 30 reps (no rest) on each of five iterations for legs

2 sets standing sven presses

4 sets 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersets (3 sets each) of:

incline dumbbell flyes

and

incline dumbbell chest squeeze presses

supersets (2 sets each) of:

stability ball 2-dumbbell overhead pullovers

and

stability ball one arm flyes

one set max weight back extension (up to 150 lbs on this one; thinking of cutting back on the weight and upping the reps).

today: one longish cardio session (lucky to fit that in--homework left until today, a little kid panic--mostly done now)

Chez doing all the reps is what is hurting your body. Your joints cant handle that. Try the old fashion way of lifting. each exercise do 4 set of eight reps. First two sets with a much weight as you can lift for these two sets. Then the third set you can only get 4 or 5 up and then the last set maybe 1 or 2 reps

you get a very strong sleek muscular body and you never destroy your joints

Full Body GYM Work Out - First day back so trying to ease back into it...

Core - 50 reps of Ab work - Incline Bench

Pyramid weight and rep count: Smith Machine Bench Press - 8 sets, Cable Flys (Upper, Middle, Lower) 7 sets Lat Pull Downs - 6 sets, Machine Rows 4 sets

Super Sets of Should Lower Cable Raises, Cable Tricep pull downs, Cable Standing One Arm Curs, Traps Standing Pull Ups - 2 sets

Followed by some nice SSGP time to replenish, catch up and "cool" down ;-*

three cardio sessions

seated rows

fixed pulldowns

lat pull down close underhand grip

then:

one set each, high reps:

upright pulls -

pendulum raises

elevated one arm rows

bus drivers

shoulder salutes

can't remember the name other than good morning shoulder something or others (catches abs & shoulders)

refueling & catch up with my ssgp
