Back at my Spin class , On the ship there were only a few Spin bikes and most day there were being used ,so I ran a little on the running track ,but did a lot of swimming at the beach .

Cardio Day - 23 miles on the Road Bike and Road Back to RECOVERY...

Today's workout was 5 hours of shoveling and spreading 4 yards of mulch and cutting the grass

One hour of weights and cardio! Body feeling pretty darn good.

three cardio sessions, one of which was definitely gru├╝vy

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

one set standing oblique cable pulls

two sets standing sven presses

four sets 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersets: (3 each)

incline 2 dumbbell flyes and incline chest squeeze presses

supersets: (2 each)

stability ball 2 dumbbell overhead pullovers

and

stability ball one arm flyes

back extensions

and...the best part....post workout dinner date with my ssgp <3
