at least 45 mins running on thread mill not a very fast pace .then the step climber for 20- 30 minutes and then 20 mins heavy bag boxing and kick boxing and Im done all told like almost 2 hours I do it mon - fri I try not to miss a day when I go on vacation Like a cruise I run on deck and use there gym too In the fall we go to Mexico Cancun I run on the beach and swim in the lap pool ,I cheat some but hell it vacation time

Tabata Wall Balls (20 sec on/10 sec rest x 8 rounds). 9-9-9-8-8-8-8-9 reps 4 min rest Row 45 calories & then 25 burpees in 4:52. 4 min rest 2 rounds 25 double unders & 25 push press 55 lb in 5 min 4 min rest 3 rounds 25 ab mat situps & 20 Overhead Alt Lunges 55 lb in 8 min.

First my legs were aching, at the end it was my arms. Hands shaking afterwards.

short cardio workout. it was quite late but i did it anyway.

did an hour plus of cardio. going to try for some arms and abs tonight after i get home.

started with less time/more intense cardio, had to regroup and adjust to longer duration lower intensity cardio.

followed up with light upper back on the weights.

Thursday: Started the Master's Qualifier WODS with 1RM Snatch. Got 95 lb. Friday: Event 3, we call it "Double Jacked Jackie" - 2 rounds of 1000m row, 50 thrusters (45 lb for me), 30 chest-2-bar pullups. Took me 32 min because my pullups are only 2 at a time (tendonitis so this is first time doing pullups in a month). Friday: Event 4 we call "Dirty Diane" - 21, 15, 9 reps of Deadlifts (135 lb), Box Jumps (20") and Hand Stand Push Ups. 18:54 (too many no reps on the last round of HSPU). Saturday/Sunday: had to work Monday: redo on Dirty Diane - shaved 3 min off my time!!! Tuesday: rest Wednesday: "Nancy" - 5 rounds 400m run + 15 Overhead Squats 65 lb. My legs are toast. Thursday: rest (no choice, traveling for work).

Hope to workout at lunch time tomorrow (Friday).
