Yesterday - Cardio on the road bike thingy for 35 mile ride

Today HIT for Chest and Triceps and Abs

Chair Crunches 4/25 Oblique Twists 4/25

Bench Pullovers (Pyramid) 4 sets,

Super Set of Dumb Bell Flat Bench Press and Incline Bench Dumb Bell Flys (Pyramid on the Bench Press ) 5/ 10,10,7, 5, 2

Cable Flys 5 sets high to middle cable

Super Set of Chair Dips and Incline Push Ups 5 sets

Cable Tricep Push Downs 5 sets

Weighted Chair Crunches 6 sets hitting middle and obliques followed by side bends on oblique chair 4 sets

Now the other eye lid . . . .

two gruüvy and very sweaty cardio sessions

legs over lightly (one set x 30 reps each) at an ever so slightly higher weight today

seated rows

seated fixed pulldowns

close underhand grip pull downs

high pullups with a 25 lb plate (cause 30 lb barbell MIA)--which with arthritic hands is harder than it oughta be

alternated between bent elbow lateral raises and alternating straight arm lateral/front raises

bent elbows glued to sides arm rotation thingie (STILL dunno what that's called but as part of this superset it really burns.)

weighted windmills -- 4 sets, up to 10 lbs and held my form. :-)

quick stretch. BEST part? cool down and re-fuel/post w/o lunch with my ssgp <3

then i got home and, well....one more cardio session. situps. and a other stretch.

pretty sure i'm done for today now 'cause i have work i promised myself i'd do today.

yesterday (fri) was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

today was 2 gruüvy cardio sessions

legs over lightly (sorta) with 1 set x 30 reps for each of five iterations

2 sets standing sven presses

4 sets 1.5 rep barbell presses

supersets of:

decline bench flyes

and

decline bench chest squeeze presses

and

biceps curls

then, supersets of:

stability ball overhead pullovers

and

stability ball single arm flyes

then....weighted windmills

leg stretches and back extension

miss my ssgp :-* <3
