Hey B3, welcome to the forum!

I am not a muscle group girl at the moment, so I will let the real muscle people answer. Today was a long work day, so: ran 1.5 miles at a good pace for me, 15 minutes intense core - 30 minutes not too intense yoga. Added some arm balances.

bavard, i'm heavy on cardio and mainly work my legs (machines/weights wise).

i used to do shoulders/back/chest

bis/tris on leg days

but i was never a heavy lifter.

and leg days wear you out because of the muscle area--largest muscle group covered in one workout

Thank you BJ, glad to be here. Today was a light chest and ab workout. Wondering how others in this forum group their muscle groups during a typical workout week. Arm/tri, bi/back, etc

Light shoulder workout and an intense leg workout. Anyone notice that after a good leg routine, you are devoid of energy? Much more than any other muscle group.
