well BLM made Jersey tempting....but now adding in two more lovely sets of abs and chests?

Alas though I will just stay here on my horse farm and imagine the 3 of them lifting hay bales.

Managed to squeeze in a nice 55 mile road ride with 4500' of climbing before it got too hot here in SoCal.

Felt good to get back out on the bicycle.

Weight lifting - Chest, Shoulder and Tris today in the gym for a couple of hours. Cardio tomorrow, 30 miles road bike (weather permitting)......

Welcome chezde! Mine are always different too but it's been over a month and I can't remember why they are. Maybe it's old age or the gym is too crowded to get on the machines I need to put a program together. Ha!

WOD - just Steps..one more week and a day then I can break in slowly again. Yippee!!!
