Cardio day. 30 mile club road bike ride just under 18 mph avg. ...2600kcals burned.

Too hot for a real workout. Did 30 minutes of stretching and mobility. Deep, long squats, pushing knees out. Used a band to stretch out glutes, hams, shoulders.

Feel sooooo good right now

2 hours of pole but it was a day where I was having grip issues so it sort of sucked.

53 glute camp/18 t/m hill intervals 3.8/3.9 mph, both level 10.

full weights full sets at the heavier weights. might bump the press/squat/plié combo up another plate we'll see.

now home to finish up with squats pliés & crunches.

aside from the skinny dude hogging the leg machine and the gum crackin chick, it was a great night at the gym.

43 glute camp. 18 t/m hill intervals level 10 (1.11 miles not too shabby for walkin). upper back/weights. squats, pliés, crunches.

considering how late i started & how late i got home?

treated myself to a long cardio stretch tonight (i *needed* it!!!) 53 cybex glute camp and 23 t/m hill intervals. full 3 sets at heavy weights on all the leg thangs in the weights area.

makin my dinner smoothie then hitting the squats pliés and crunches. maybe some arms if i still have oomph left.

maybe i might actually get a good night's sleep. :-)

just over an hour of cardio today split between glute camp on the cybex and hill intervals on the treadmill. then a lil bit of upper body/back on the weights. i knew i was *too* tired when i took my"one set" legs at the heavier plates on the machine to 20 lbs higher and was through the second set when i realized "gey waitaminute!"

Absolutely brutal back yard WOD this morning. With a 115 barbell, as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:

3 snatches, 5 clean & jerks, 10 bent over rows, 15 front squats.
