I've been taking two tablets of Clear Muscle from MuscleTech 30 minutes before my workouts. However, they recommend 3x a day. Walmart has the best price. I'm not as sore as I used to get. I'm also drinking way more water and that seems to help too.

OT: Yesterday Back, Biceps and Shoulders: Core warm up leg raises on incline bench with dumb bells 4 sets

SuperSet: Hanging Upper Bar Pull Ups, Cable Bar Shrugs, Dumb Bell Curl - 4 sets

SuperSet: Shoulder Cable Pulls, Cable Lat Bar Pull Downs, Dumb Bell Hammer Curls, Hanging Upper Bar Crunches - 4 sets

SuperSet: Hammer Machine Lat Pull Downs, Dumb Bell Raises (front and side), Dumb Bell Front Hammer Curls - 4 sets

Bench Leg Raises, Crunches and Twists 3 sets of 15 each

Cool Down, Calorie Refuel and then some ;-* TIME with my SSGP!!

Yesterday - Cardio on the road bike thingy for 35 mile ride

Today HIT for Chest and Triceps and Abs

Chair Crunches 4/25 Oblique Twists 4/25

Bench Pullovers (Pyramid) 4 sets,

Super Set of Dumb Bell Flat Bench Press and Incline Bench Dumb Bell Flys (Pyramid on the Bench Press ) 5/ 10,10,7, 5, 2

Cable Flys 5 sets high to middle cable

Super Set of Chair Dips and Incline Push Ups 5 sets

Cable Tricep Push Downs 5 sets

Weighted Chair Crunches 6 sets hitting middle and obliques followed by side bends on oblique chair 4 sets
