Today is an off day for us. Tomorow is chest day for her, some kind of heavy bench workout followed up with bicep assistance work, back day for him, heavy axel bar deadlifts

I decided to switch up the program and did a modified leg routine of lunges, plie squats and lunges. I didn't triceps as I did my total arm the other day.

A nice Sunday walk 2.5 miles before it gets too warm - going to be 86 here today !

Just a light day since Sundays are supposed to be resting. But a 5 miler at a slower pace was just the ticket. Y'all enjoy the weekend! And woohoo Fall is around the corner. That right! I'm one of those people.

After looking at all the gorgeous bodies at the 2014 Mr. Olympia, particularly the Ms. Physique category, I am taking my ass to the gym, yet again, to do cardio and chest and triceps.

Damn, Dara Torres looks amazing. She's on the Today Show right now.

Woohoo. Ran a 5 miler today with the overall goal of a 10 minute mile on average. Came in at about 8:43 which is very close to where I was 10 months ago when I stopped running. Guess it's true what they say about it being easier to regain after a break.

I will try it. I have a lot of problems with tendonitis and have tried just about everything else. I move heavy weight for a natural guy my size 625 squat (new pr today), 405 bench, 595 DL.
