the streak is still going!

last night was (finally) a gym night so more than just the gruüvy cardio:

legs over (sorta) lightly (even when i am “taking it easy”— ehhhh, notsomuch)

seated rows

overhead presses

seated fixed pulldowns

and i stopped there...coulda done more but not a good idea until i am 100%

best part was the post w/o re-fuel time with my ssgp (and “dessert”)

even illin’ i got cardio in the last few days

even tho i was informed i had “special dispensation” i....um....did fit in 20 minutes (my bare minimum) to keep the streak alive.

hoping tomorrow i’ll be up to at least 75% so i can get in some “real” cardio.

(crossing fingers for the wednesday w/o)

Pec and Abs

Smith Rack:

Leg raises and open bar bench press 50 reps

Incline bench press 5/15 last set to failure

Decline Bench Press 5/15 last setto failure

Bench press pyramid 30, 25, 20, 15,10, 5

Bench press reverse pyramid 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30

Cable flys:

Lower 3 sets

Upper 3 sets

Middle 3 sets

Chair crunches 2/50

Oblique twists 2/50

Missing my ssgp time... hopefully post mid week w/o <3

well i had 2 more gym workouts and lots more cardio.

getting my gym on tonight and plans to hit the gym every day between now and monday for resistance training even if it’s minimal due to time constraints.

the streak continues—today makes 326 days. :-)

one gruüvy cardio session

legs -one set max weight (had to take it back one plate on each) for each of five iterations. seriously gotta get back to 3x per week minimum.

seated rows

overhead press

seated pulldowns

back extension

....that was all. squeezed that in to a day that was literally all over the map.

Cardio - first spin class of the season.. 45 min. spin bike thingy.

ms clothingoptional, that’s a solid workout!

OnT: 3 cardio sessions, the last of which was 25 minutes on the stairmill at level 5–the machine i love to hate. what’s worse, is that—that particular gym makes my asthma flare. so 20 minutes in (thankfully right at the cool down) the wheezing started.

then i did legs (sorta) over lightly.

but the wheezing put the kibosh on anything further.

best part of my day?

refuel and catching up with my ssgp :-*

1 hour in the pool doing laps in three different styles. Followed by 20 minutes treading water with no hands. Followed by sauna. 7 days a week. And I don't really swim well. I swim like a lame tortoise. Been doing this 4 years.
