Today is is back and tri's (10 exercises), 4x15 using the 5, 5, 5 technique (1 sec. count,, then 5 sec. and 2 sec.) and then 30 minutes of cardio.

Not sure who is motivating who here, but "motivation" is a good thing! Looks like weather in NJ is finally cooperating to get in that Bike ride today (much preferred to indoor spin, although sometimes the views there are good too! LOL)
