Fight Gone Bad - Championship Style! 5 rounds! (regular Fight Gone Bad is 3 rounds) 1:00 Wall Balls 20# 1:00 Sumo Deadlift, High Pull - 75# 1:00 Box Jump 20" - me=step up/down 1:00 Push Press 74# 1:00 Row for calories 1:00 Rest 374 Reps 3-round - 237 Reps - 20 off from a couple weeks ago, but that was a single station with a counter. Feels like I did better overall. It was a big group so we changed stations instead of having own setup, This cost some reps (mostly at the rower, adjusting, setting counter, etc) I'm sure. Then off to BBQ place for good luck ribs! |

ME HSPU (did 8 down to 1 abmat) 30 sec rest 3 rds: 40 double unders & 20 pullups 30 sec rest ME HSPU (did 7) 30 sec rest 3 rds: 40 double unders & 20 kettle bell Russian swings 53 lb 30 sec rest ME HSPU (did 5) 22:41 Kettlebell class: 5-10-15-20-25-20-15-10-5 x 2 Class divided in half. 1 half lifting, the other half resting during the first round, then 1 half lifting, the other half holding a plank (so you were alternated). 2 min rest ME plank hold (in the situp position - arms full extension, not easy after the first WOD). Got to 3:19. Record in the class was 5:04 |

5 rounds for time of: 10 Overhead Squats (65 lbs), 15 Kettlebell Swings (35 lbs), 10 Pull-ups. Grip got weak by the 3rd round and had to break up the KB & PU (damn). Go back tonight for Games Prep. |
