3 gruüvy cardio sessions: morning afternoon and evening--that's my jam!

one set max weight on each of five iterations for legs

just wasn't feelin up to lifting tonight so went straight on to squats pliés bridges and crunches

caught up all the rest of yesterday's unfinished bridges as well as all of today's allotment of everything--700 crunches

the best part was cooling down and catching up with my ssgp <3

2 hours of pole with some handstand work thrown in there. Trying to get this move where you handstand to butterfly handstand and then swing the leg that is out around and end up in an inverted V straddle spin, my shoulders are not wanting to play nice.
