WTG NJNY!!! TOday 30 minutes on stairmaster! Then 15 minutes of varied speed running and UE weights. All is good! Now if TOM would hold off till after the party tomorrow nite ( fingers crossed)

just shy of an hour last night, most of it on the stair mill. improving strength & endurance on there.

this weekend i will hit some of the weight machines---they have all different types so it will take a lil time to figure them out.

How does anyone accumulate so much stuff! I can't wait to get back to the gym and rest. :-)

no more than you weigh beautiful KJ it shouldn't hurt your doors! but I do recommend using a solid door instead of a hollow door.
